We are located adjacent to Dix Park which includes tennis courts and a walking track. Within walking distance to downtown Beverly Farms and the commuter rail. Just a few miles from both Endicott and Gordon College.

Wake to a wonderful lake view at Beech and Boulders, while staying in our newly renovated, thoughtfully designed & styled cottage. In the winter it turns into a magical wonderland. Roast hotdogs and marshmallows in the outdoor fire pit while sitting on the boulders of the earth and watching the sunset over the lake. Every season at Beech and Boulders brings forth unique opportunities of witnessing peace and beauty while breathing in fresh coastal air.
Sterilized and charming The upstairs is historical yet modern, and the down stairs cool and glampy. We are in the process of changing the downstairs to winterize it. Pictures soon. Upstairs is bedroom 1. Please note it has three 1/2 walls with a cozy queen bed, full modern bath kitchen, living & dining area, large TV, pine floors and 1850 beams, stained glass window, sky lights, fold down twin sofa, private deck. Downstairs is the second open concept bedroom. "Glamping" at its best.
Sanitized. Newly renovated, 1850 barn 3 minutes walk from the Essex River and the Causeway. In the winter it is nice to walk to see Cape Ann's winter lights display. Open concept loft with 1 bedroom with 3 1/2 walls, a fold down full couch in the living area. Private deck over look the marsh across the street. If you have a dog you can rent the downstairs too. Beach is .9 tenths of a mile, Gordon College is 5.1 miles, Endicott College is 4.6 miles, Salem is 14 miles (23 min train ride), Boston is 30.6 miles (53 min train ride). No visitor parking at beach. Shops, 6 restaurants, groceries and train are .2 tenths of a mile. Town limit = 4 guests. Off street parking for 1 car. No pets or service animals allowed. A large kitchen with living space and dining space as well as a large living room/library make entertaining easy. A patio and a lawn offer the chance to expand outdoors. Combines an easy commute into Boston with a wonderfully private and peaceful location. Perfect for a couple or small family.

You may then decide to take the 5 min drive to the sea at Cranes beach or enjoy the grounds of Castle Hill. After your hike enjoy dining at one of the many great restaurants close by.
Overlooking Chebacco Lake, your rooms are downstairs in a private level. There are 2 bedroom available for use downstairs along with a big living area a coffee/tea bar and a bathroom with shower on this level. You can access to the lake for swim, kayak, canoe or if you come in the winter you can icefish, ice skate, cross country ski or snowshoe too.
