Welcome to Forest Retreat! We are nestled in the hills of Western New York, 23 miles to Chautauqua Lake and 14 miles to Lily Dale. This unique home is near several wedding venues and the Earl Cardot Overland Trail, which is surrounded by 2,300 acres of state forest. We are located between 2 local ski resorts, and only 87 miles south of Niagara Falls State park. Relax by the fire, kayak, or fish in the 2 acre pond and just enjoy the scenery. We do require a signed waiver to utilize the pond.

Create memories with the family while roasting s'mores around the gas fire pit and snuggling up with one of the board games provided. Snowmobilers can access the trail a couple miles away by road or by trailering to the Mayville Town Park.

Take it easy at this remodelled, well stocked, peaceful, family friendly, vacation spot. Fish, swim, kayak, golf, visit wineries or just watch nature. Located in Sunset Bay, a beautiful sandy beach on Lake Erie, 10 minute walk away. This is a beach community, during the summer it is very active, two beach bars in the bay. There are boat launches nearby. Trains pass nearby, which may disturb your sleep. This area is 40-50 min. drive to the Buffalo/Niagara Falls area.

Our home is located in historic North East Pa. The house sits on a bluff overlooking beautiful Lake Erie with steps to access the beach. We have 2 bikes, a fire pit and plenty of seating on the oversized deck to enjoy your view of bald eagles flying along the shore. A split air system gives Air conditioning in the entire home makes your stay very comfortable. We are certain you will love your escape to the lake.

Pet Friendly! This unique place has a style all its own. We are located within walking distance to beautiful downtown Bemus Point, New York. Our cozy cottage is custom built by a local Amish crew. The interior and exterior are planked with regional wood, whitewashed for a true airy summer cottage feel. Our one of a kind space offers you a small space living experience while feeling bright, open and spacious.
