Leslie and her partner have provided a wonderful place to stay while visiting Erie. The house is comfortable, clean, and beautifully decorated. It’s conveniently located to downtown Erie and has ample parking behind the house. They have thought of everything to make your visit comfortable: toiletry supplies, coffee K-cups, umbrellas, beach towels & toys, board games, an itinerary of local events, and even muffins for breakfast! Leslie is a superb host and we will definitely stay again.

we had a quick little visit as we drove cross country, but Sharon we excellent and the house was perfect for my family and pets. loved the little touches like a kids coloring table and water bottles in the fridge.

Really enjoyed our stay! It was central to everything we wanted to do. The place was secure and easy to find. We had absolutely no trouble whatsoever while we were there. Corrine was extremely helpful and friendly!

Great location, very walkable to shops/restaurants in town and also right along the main route of the wine trail. The inside has been updated to look modern while still maintaining a lot of charm. We visited in November so didn’t get a chance to enjoy the outside, but noted the nice fenced yard with fire pit and a covered hangout area which would be lovely in warmer weather. We really appreciated how well stocked it was with options to make any guest happy (coffee and tea, popcorn and blankets for a movie night, all kinds of games, dog supplies, etc.). The hosts really thought of everything, and I would recommend a stay here to anyone. We traveled as two couples doing the wine trail for a weekend, and it worked perfectly for us.

This was, far and away, the best house I have ever stayed in through Air B&B. Every possible thing you thought you needed to bring was already in the house. A fully stocked kitchen, extra blankets, sheets and towels, and even extra bathroom needs. The neighborhood is quiet and within walking distance to both the grocery and a few shops and eateries. You can actually SEE Chautauqua Lake from the house! Wi-Fi and TV options were plentiful, and there are comfy chairs in the living room if you wanted to stay in and catch a movie or a game. In short, I hope other hosts are reading this, because THIS HOUSE is the reason Air B&B exists. I’d stay here every time if I could.

Kevin and team have a beautiful place. First, it isn’t listed as such, but it was very easy for my MIL (who broke her foot and has to get around on a scooter) to get in and move around. Second, the house had two of anything you might need in a kitchen (toasters, crock pots, sinks!). I could cook and not trip over others in the kitchen, which was great. The place was well laid out and comfortable. A true home away from home. I was in contact with Kevin and team for snow removal, which was done promptly even though it was quite a snowstorm. Great experience and fab hosts.

Rob and Lisa were great hosts for our quick trip! They were very helpful, always communicating, and willing to do anything to ensure we enjoyed our trip. I would highly recommend their place and stay there again!

Being originally from Jamestown, this place was the perfect "home away from home" for the holidays. My partner and I loved our stay, and we'll definitely be staying here again the next time we're in town. Truly made my time and my partner's first time visiting an unforgettable one. Our stay here was fantastic! Parking and entering the apartment were a breeze. Upon entering the unit, we immediately appreciated the lovely woodwork and beautiful windows as we head up the stairs. What a pleasant surprise! The immaculately clean unit was more spacious than expected and we all plenty of room for our things and to spread out. Our bed and linens were SO comfortable. The living room couch and chairs were so comfy, too. The kitchen was stocked with everything imaginable but was so neat and orderly. We loved all of the small decor pieces that were tastes of history of the area. So nice! The claw tub and bathroom were charming and the extra half bath will be useful with a crowd. AND…the loft/attic was a true crowd pleaser for our son and his friend and for when our Fredonia student came by. How awesome and HUGE!! They had a blast. Fantastic flex space. Porch off kitchen is adorable and well appointed. We cant wait to stay here again!

This was my first AirBnB booking and the host made it a breeze. We usually bring our camper everywhere but didn't want the fuss for an overnight stay. I dont regret it. We had a blast and it was a comfortable stay.

Perfect location for a ski vacation. Close to the lift and lodge. The downtown is cute and plenty of shops and dining. The condo is probably one of the most well equipped places I’ve ever stayed.

We love staying in Ellicottville during the off season and this was such a nice stay. Right in town but we didn’t hear the busy activity on the streets. We parked the car and just walked everywhere. Super comfy beds. Will try to book for future weekend getaways in the future!

Good location to walk to downtown and perfect space for 5 people. There was a great area to sit outside, but the weather was not good while we were there. I would highly recommend this place to stay! Thank you Cody and Alexa!
