This cozy, rustic cottage is perfect for settling in, relaxing, fishing, swimming, and reading a book. Yes, you can do all of that simultaneously. Shallow, warm water awaits you at this simple oasis. Relax under the large covered deck on a hanging swing or soak in the sun on the lower deck. Inside there is one bedroom with a double bed with storage under. The kitchen, living room with futon, and dining room are convenient areas. A pint of Knapp's Sapp Shack syrup is provided upon arrival.

This is a 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom, 1400 sq. foot historic cottage that is great any time of the year! Perfect for a fall weekend getaway, some winter ice fishing, or a relaxing summer escape. Home includes 75 feet of lakefront shoreline with direct lake access. Dock access available in summer months (June-Sept weather permitting). Feel free to bring your pup to enjoy the lake, too!

It's about 15-20 minutes from the St. Lawrence River know for It's world renowned fishing. This is a modernly updated cottage that comes with indoor and outdoor games and WiFi connction for days in. Sit on the deck or our front room with a lovely picture window with your cup of coffee and enjoy watching the rise and set.

You can also explore or dine in one of the many waterfront towns in the area such as Clayton or Sacketts Harbor.
