Chaudière-Appalaches: soggiorni in chalet

Marie’s place was one of the better Airbnbs my family and I have stayed at. It was so clean, peaceful, and quiet…just what we were looking for. We felt right at home. Our Bichon-Frise appreciated the dog snacks left for him, and also seemed comfortable with his surroundings right away. Marie left us chocolate and spring water, which were appreciated after our 6 hour drive. Marie was quick to respond to any questions and/or concerns I had. I LOVE the history of this home, too! As the 13th child in a family of 14, I really love that 11 children grew up in this home. My only regret is visiting before the golf course opened for the season. This will be a reason for us to return!!!

On arrive à peine, et je pense à y retourner! Quel magnifique et chaleureux chalet en fôrêt. C'était vraiment ce à quoi je m'attendais et ce dont j'avais besoin. Mon chum a adoré aussi. L'emplacement n'est pas à néglier pour les amateurs de randonnée, de belles randos dans le parc des Appalaches et au Massif du Sud. Juste wow! Et merci à Rachelle pour les succulents muffins!

Très bien situé pour aller dans le parc de la Jacques Cartier et au camp Mercier. Chalet agréable et bien équipé.( petit bémol pour les oreilles sensibles,chauffage un peu bruyant) Belle marche à l’erablière. Comme on loue rarement des chalets, est-t-il d’usage de devoir défaire les lits et sortir toutes les poubelles malgré des frais de 140$ de ménage? J’y retournerais bien sûr! Merci!

Super endroit où relaxer et contempler la vue! Moi et ma copine avons adoré relaxer dans le spa et profiter de la nature dans se magnifique chalet super tranquille. C'était super propre aussi! Merci beaucoup à Alain et Diane qui on été super gentil et très rapide pour nous répondre en tout temps!

Maison chaleureuse, porte bien son nom. Endroit magnifique pour ne pas dire majestueux. La maison et son terrain, impossible de trouver mieux sur le marché, considérant le prix. Un des attraits, la cuisine, phénoménale, ou c'est convivial et fort plaisant d'y être en famille ou en groupe. Bon en résumé, votre place est un bijou.

The house is set with an amazing view of the st Laurence, about 15-20 minutes from Le Massif. It’s not a location for accessing nightlife but for a family or for staying in its ideal. The place was super cozy, with amazing sunlight and a very effective fireplace. All the cooking stuff needed including raclette and fondue. Note there is only one bathroom, and it does not have a shower. The ad doesn’t say it does, but one might assume. It does have a bath with a shower nozzle on a hose, which means it’s easy to wash hair etc. just not a shower.

Le chalet était très cosy et intime. Tout ce qu’on avait besoin y était. Lors de notre séjour, nous avons eu des petits problèmes, qui étaient hors du contrôle de l’hôte, mais joanie et sa famille ont su répondre super vite à nos besoins. Spécial merci à Jacques, pour nous avoir aidé maintes fois. Je recommande particulièrement ce chalet pour une fin de semaine calme et en nature. Je reviendrai absolument au chalet de Francois !

Tout etait parfait,beaucoup d' accessoire pour cuisiner, la plaque blackstone a l'exterieur est un must!! le setup pour faire le feu est parfait, systeme de son pour avoir musique a linterieur salle a manger ainsi que exterieur tout reglable independament. On peu pas se tromper avec la location de ce chalet!! Merci encore mille fois

We (6 adults and 5 children aged 9 - 13) stayed for 4 nights in March and had a great time. Pool was awesome and the kids would alternate between there and the outdoor hot tub (only a few steps from pool door). Large island and dining table were great for group meals. We made use of the two fondue pots and the nearby IGA's great fondue selection. The kids liked taking snowshoes and walking in the surrounding woods. In addition to the large kitchen there were other spacious areas for lounging (family room, pool deck, basement, by outdoor firepit). Conveniently located less less than 15 min to Baie-Saint-Paul (groceries, and dining) or Massif base or top of hill. Overall, accommodations were great for a relaxing group ski vacation.

This property is even better than advertised—no picture can truly capture its beauty the way seeing it in person does. We’d love to experience Quebec City in the summer and will most definitely be requesting to stay here again. Thanks again for everything!

Beautiful house with amazing views. We loved our stay. And Victoria was very helpful. She gave clear instructions, gave us local tips, and when we had questions she responded very quickly. We loved the hot tub and fireplace. House was spotless.

Très beau chalet avec une vue magnifique. Grand espace de rassemblement salon-cuisine, sous-sol, spa ou encore la terrasse extérieure. Le chalet est très bien équipé, convient parfaitement pour un groupe de 14 personnes.

Nous avons passé un super week-end dans ce chalet ! La vue sur le lac est vraiment magnifique, on ne peut pas être plus près d’un lac ! L’endroit est très paisible, aucun bruit, très calme, un vrai havre de paix pour déconnecter ! Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir 😊

We had a lovely stay. There's nothing to complain about. My kid stained the table cover with a marker so I got a fee of $50, a bit overpriced for a stain but... other than that everything was perfect.

Le spa est un plus, bel emplacement, le seul petit hic selon mes goûts était qu’un terrain de camping avec plusieurs roulottes rempli l’autre berge et gâche un peu la vue , chalet confortable.

Gros coup de cœur pour ce chalet et les hôtes. Tout était très propre, chaleureux, quoi de plus à dire que c’était tout simplement parfait. Nous avions besoins de tranquillité, et c’est exactement ce que nous avons eu. Je recommande ce chalet sans hésitation. Des hôtes à l’écoute de nos besoins, et vraiment gentil. Dommage qu’on ne puissent pas donner plus que 5 étoiles 🤩. Merci infiniment pour ce moment agréable.

Great host and good location if you want to do things around the Quebec City area. the house was very clean and had good amenities. Location is ok, the main limitation is lack of nature spaces to walk around outside the house.
