So come relax by the fire pit, in the hot tub, or somewhere on the 1000+ sq. ft. decks.

In the summer months on the weekends and holidays kayaks, jet skis and small boats visit the falls. This property is in the foothills of the Appalachian Mountains. Nearby hiking, fishing, white water rafting, scenic drives, and more. Or stay at the cabin and enjoy the hot tub and fire pit. North Georga is an adventure waiting for you!

The Cottage

BRAND NEW 490 sq ft tiny house/cottage nestled in the woods in a country setting. Complete with a queen bedroom, a twin/day bed and then a queen bed in loft ( comfortably sleeps 4 adults and one child). We are conveniently located 10 miles from I-85 exit 1 on S Hwy 11. 20 minutes from Clemson, 8 minutes from Seneca, and just a short drive to many hiking trails, lakes and parks in the beautiful foothills of the Blue Ridge mountains.

This tiny house has all the must-haves for a home away from home. Sit back and enjoy the trees from the front porch. The tiny house is located on the owner’s same property with its own driveway and far enough away for that extra sense of privacy.
