Private basement apartment. Very quiet, spacious, and clean. Friendly, responsive host thought of everything putting this place together, so we had everything we needed. Many nice touches, from motion-sensor nightlights to a drawer of snacks. Neighborhood was generally attractive, safe, and quiet, with lots of trees. Great place for the price.

My stay at Beth’s place has always been comfortable. Beth provides items that may come in handy. I love her special touches, especially on the porch. It’s located in a lovely neighborhood.

This home was very clean and comfortable. No stove to cook, but the microwave and coffee maker were all that I needed. Amazing view off the back porch with trees and singing birds. I enjoyed my stay!

Beautiful old home, with all the fixings, gorgeous old claw bathtub. Home is cozy and wood-clad comfort; Theresa is so welcoming and willing to fix any minor discomfort rapidly. Highly recommend.

This place feels like home—cozy, well-stocked, clean and set in a quiet neighborhood. When they say “private,” they mean it: no cameras, no constant surveillance, which is a relief when traveling with kids. Don’t let any mention of noise turn you away—I didn’t hear a thing. Honestly, I was more worried they’d hear my loud kids, but there were no complaints. The family is friendly and welcoming. And the patio at sunset? Perfect. I stayed at Camille's place for one week while in Duluth for work, and my stay was wonderful. Located on an extremely quiet street in a peaceful neighborhood, not far from I-85 and minutes for the Gas South Convention Center and Arena. Parking is in the driveway. After entering through the digitally locked garage, the unit has a private entrance within the garage. The unit is the lower level of a three-story house, and is as spacious as the depicted in the pictures and everything was spotlessly clean. The bed and linen were very comfortable. While I didn't watch any TV, the internet was very fast and suitable for streaming media. Communication with Camille was excellent. Her replies were extremely fast and she cares about her guest's comfort. If you're looking for accommodation in the Duluth area, I would highly recommend Camille's place. So much so, I'll be returning for another stay!

We had to come to Canton 2 weeks in a row, for surgery follow-up appointments. We stayed in the Suite Retreat last week; loved it so much, stayed again this week! And we'll be coming back for future follow-up appointments, as well as family events (and lot of family in the area). I think that says it all!!! We're repeat guests, and will be for a long time coming!! The accommodations are welcoming and peaceful, and great value for the money, and David and Patti are the most personable Hosts we have ever encountered--seriously! I just can't say enough God things about the entire experiences -- 2 visits and counting!

This is the second time we have stayed at this property and it won't be the last. I couldn't be any more positive. The unit is spacious, tastefully furnished, and impeccably clean. The owners have added nice touches everywhere - from a Keurig coffee maker with good coffee to snacks to information on the area. The neighborhood is very nice and the house is just a few tenths of a mile from the Atlanta Beltline and Piedmont Park. We used to stay in a hotel in Midtown when we visited our son and this is much better. Certainly more convenient to the east side of Atlanta where we spend most of our time, but still quite close to other parts of the city.

What a lovely apartment/suite! It was exactly as pictured and exceptionally clean! The bed was comfortable and the linens soft. All the extra snacks, tea, coffee provided were so thoughtful. We were only there a very short amount of time, so we didn't even get to use the incredible shower. The heated floors in the bathroom were AMAZING, though! They even accommodated our oversized vehicle! :)

Matthew was very easy to work with. He was able to accommodate us with ease. My husband’s ring was misplaced, and Matthew went above and beyond to help us retrieve it. The massage chairs were top tier.

Ms Joyce is a fantastic host. The location couldn’t be more peaceful in a busy capital city. She responded quickly to any questions I had, and her dogs are friendly.

Cindi was an awesome communicator and very transparent at all times! Her place is quaint and beautiful for anyone wanting to relax. I loved walking around the neighborhood and enjoying the peaceful nature.

This little gem was exactly as the pictures show. Well lit and marked, Lacy made it easy to check in even when we had to arrive late at night. The place is decorated so cleanly, we could have enjoyed staying there a long time. Her welcoming touches were really appreciated!

My wife and I enjoyed our stay here - we came for our one year anniversary and we left extremely refreshed and energized. Place was immaculately clean, backyard was magical, enjoyed the movie room, bed was comfortable - couldn’t have asked for more!

I had a great stay at Patrick’s place! The apartment was quiet, clean, and very comfortable — perfect for relaxing after a long day. The location was incredibly convenient, with restaurants, coffee shops, and grocery stores all just a short walk or quick drive away. Parking was easy and hassle-free, which made coming and going a breeze. I’d definitely recommend this spot to anyone looking for a peaceful stay with great access to local amenities.
