Cosy spacious barn ideal for exploring Kent

Nunfield Barn is a beautifully converted barn and one portion of the house is internally separated for our Airbnb guests, with its own entrance, downstairs toilet, kitchen/dining area and living room with doors leading to a private patio. Upstairs there are two double bedrooms and a bathroom with bath and shower. There is an above ground pool for use in summer, a front garden shared with us when we are here. There are fields &orchards across the road and we are 15 minute drive to Leeds Castle

GWP - Rectory North

2000 sq foot semi detached (north wing) 100 year old recotry on a private estate. And yes that’s a woodburner you can see in the photo and yes you can use it :-))) The gorgeous pool is shared with two other properties and you can use it any time between 10-6pm daily. A 360 video tour in 2d and 3d is available. Go to photos and in the living room section you will see an excel spreadsheet. Type the relevant link into your browser. Couples Retreat & Hot Tub ~ country views

This couples retreat sits in a great position in the rolling Kent countryside, boasting its own use hot tub that’s sheltered under a roof and firepit with rustic barrel chairs (logs, firelighters & matches supplied). The small and picturesque village of Detling is found on the slope of the North Downs, just northeast of Maidstone, and on the Pilgrims' Way - ideal if you're looking for a break only a short distance away from London with numerous local attractions on your door step.

Pool Cottage, peaceful retreat close to London.

Pool Cottage is a trendy little place, perfect for couples. It’s attached a 16th century Farmhouse but has a separate entrance and garden. The pool is a shared space in front of the cottage and guests are welcome to swim any time but it is not heated. The area is rural yet close to Tunbridge Wells, London, beautiful Kent / Sussex countryside and the South coast. Lots of walks and great pubs within walking distance. Sauna is available by prior arrangement.

Alpaca Lodge is an annex of the owner's home Fifield Lodge, in the quintessentially English hamlet of Borden, close to the market town of Sittingbourne in Kent. The sitting room and bedroom is on the first floor and furnished in a contemporary style, whilst the shower and toilet are located on the ground floor.

A two person secluded Shepherds Hut nestled amongst the trees situated in a wildflower meadow on a farm for Wildlife.
