There is another unit adjacent to this one and you may hear noises. For this reason we don’t allow children.

We are very close to local restaurants, arts culture, parks. This is a cottage/bungalow the ceilings are a little lower than normal.

Due to its location on a floating dock in a tidal creek, with low tides making for a difficult/steep transition between the floating and stationary docks, The Houseboat is not ideal for guests with mobility issues.
