Châteauneuf-Grasse: soggiorni in ville vacanze

Abbiamo trascorso il Capodanno nella casa di Eddy e non potevamo fare scelta migliore. La casa è pulita, accogliente e situata in una zona tranquilla, perfetta per rilassarsi e godersi il soggiorno. Eddy è stato un host disponibile e attento,l. Consigliato vivamente per gruppi e amici che cercano serenità spazi comodi da condividere!

Evelin und Christine haben uns alle wichtigen Informationen rechtzeitig übermittelt. Sie war gut erreichbar, sehr freundlich und haben uns gute Tipps für die Umgebung gegeben. Das Haus ist sehr schön und durchdacht eingerichtet. Wir waren 9 Leute und haben viel gekocht, daher waren wir erfreut, dass es viel Geschirr und Kochutensilien in der Küche gab. Auch im Bad gab es genug Möglichkeiten Handtücher aufzuhängen und am Tisch gab es für alle genug Platz und Stühle. Die Zimmer hatten eine gute Größe und waren klimatisiert. Das Haus ist etwas hellhörig. Man hat viel Privatsphäre und sieht oder hört keine Nachbarn und hat eine tolle Aussicht ins Grüne. Da das Haus auf dem Berg liegt, ist das Dorf kaum fussläufig erreichbar, deshalb sollte man besser mit dem Auto anreisen. Mülleimer sind nahegelegen. Insgesamt haben wir eine sehr schöne Zeit dort verbracht und es hat uns an Nichts gefehlt. Wir würden wiederkommen und können es weiterempfehlen.

We had a wonderful family stay at Renee's place. The views are absolutely stunning so it was always a pleasure to be in the gardens, especially for meal times. The house is beautiful with amazing spaces. The open kitchen and living area was so perfect for what we wanted for our trip, which was to spend time with family who had travelled from the US. Cooking and being together before meal times and then relaxing together in the evening over a movie. The pool is great and because it is in a separate area down multiple stairs from the main garden, we could play with our toddler without worrying about him making a beeline for the pool. Our bed was really comfortable, as were the sofas and the kitchen is really well equipped, with also a barbecue. The location suited us really well since we had a car and we really enjoyed exploring the riviera. Highly recommended! Keith

We had a fabulous family holiday . The hosts Sonja, Guido snr and jr were extremely welcoming . The house was even nicer in real life ! Perfect setting .. we ate outside for most meals .. beautiful outdoor area. Inside is perfectly maintained with old floors , windows, shutters matched with modern facilities . It was perfect for our family ( 6 adults and 8 month old) The pool was a must for the hot August days! The house is a 10 minute walk to the lovely village of Valbonne, bigger than we thought and definitely plenty of cafe Shops and restaurants to suit all. Valbonne is authentic French and has a famous market every Friday ( very busy but worth a visit) The house is also a close drive to Nice, Antibes, Cannes and the beautiful St Paul deVence. We highly recommend this property and the lovely hosts . We hope to return again one day .

Excellent stay for a big group of friends and perfect to stay in for few days as the place has lots to offer! Great variety of equipments, board games, pool, ping pong and more! Cannot have enough of this!

Dette var det perfekte feriehuset for oss, drar gjerne tilbake hit! Der er alt man trenger og litt til. En nydelig utsikt, flott bassengområde og hage. Huset er koselig, rent og ryddig. Det er et must med leiebil, da det ikke er noe offentlig transport i området. værten svarer raskt om det var noe, og vi følte veldig velkommen igjen ved utsjekking. vil absolutt Anbefale dette feriestedet!

Beautiful view from the villa which is very peaceful and private. The pool is large and there is plenty of space for sitting and eating outside. It was a great base to travel along the coast and see Monaco, Cannes, Eze, and Nice plus so many other pretty towns. The hosts Guy and Michel were great. They met us and showed us around the villa and then kept in touch to make sure we had settled in. I would highly recommend this villa for a large group/family holiday.

Host was very helpful, accommodating and responsive. The big villa was excellent as were both pools. The small villa was damp and had an odor and the bedrooms were very small. The location was very good as far as getting to many villages but some ubers were not willing to drive to the home. Instructions for the appliances would be helpful. I do not want to sound negative as it is a lovely property but this info would have been helpful to us.

Une très belle villa, idéal pour une famille. Le jardin est superbe, la piscine est magnifique pour les enfants, le logement est top et je le recommande. On étaient 9 en tout avec 4 enfants en bas âge.

Ein sehr schönes Haus das vollständig der Beschreibung entsprochen hat. Sehr viel Platz und ein modernes Design des Hauses lassen keine Wünsche offen. Die Anfahrt ist etwas eng da der Nachbar seine Autos in der Zufahrt park. Absolut hervorheben möchte ich den Empfang und die Übergabe durch Thomas, er war sehr freundlich, hat extrem schnell auf Anfragen reagiert und kümmert sich perfekt um einen.

The spacious layout was perfect for our large family, offering everything we could possibly need for a relaxing stay. The design is truly impressive, and the fireplace was the highlight—it not only kept us warm during chilly evenings but also added such a cozy, enchanting vibe to our time there. The beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring we all got a good night’s sleep, and every corner of the house reflected care and quality. This was, without a doubt, the first time in all our rental experiences that we genuinely felt sad to leave. We can’t wait to come back and create more beautiful memories in this amazing home.

Emilie is a fantastic host and was always on hand to help and guide us in the right direction. She even sent us a video so we could find the route to the house, which was incredibly useful! The house itself is a 10 minute stroll into Plan de la Tour, so you can get fresh bread and croissants in the mornings. The pool is heated and very pleasant. There are plenty of things to do in the house, from the boule pitch, to BBQ, gas as well as wood in the winter months. Board games and cards. The outdoor kitchen is well equipped as is the main kitchen. The bedrooms are comfortable with easy to use heating and aircon. The lemon trees are fantastic and full of lemons. You have the sun all day! We will definitely be coming back! Thank you for a lovely stay!

Perfekt ophold i de skønneste omgivelser. Dejligt hus, og et skønt pool område med udekøkken, hvor intet manglede. Vil klart anbefale Claudes bolig til andre.

Vi havde en fantastisk ferie i et fantastisk hus og Tourettes sur Loup er en vidunderlig by. Kan kun anbefale dette sted.

Die Unterkunft liegt an einer guten Lage. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Strand oder ein einfacher Spaziergang sind ohne zeitlichen Aufwand zu erledigen. Die Wohnung entspricht exakt den Bildern auf den Fotos. Die Erreichbarkeit von Greg ist nicht zu toppen, reagiert sofort und hilft umgehend. Wir waren zu fünft vor Ort und würden die Unterkunft auch ein zweites Mal buchen

Heel mooie, moderne woning met een heel vriendelijke en snel reagerende host. Zeer rustige omgeving een beetje meer in het binnenland, een auto is dus wel een must. Het eigen zwembad en de jacuzzi zijn top. Voor ons waren er 2 minpuntjes nl. bedden zijn aan de kleinere kant voor 2 personen (140x200) en het zwembad is niet verwarmd (minder ideaal met kinderen buiten het seizoen). Voor de rest was alles top.

Justine’s house was perfect for our two families of younger and older children. Extremely well appointed with everything needed and immaculately clean. The pool with a fence was a big plus with younger children. We would stay again!

This home was a nice and needed respite away from some busy, packed and crowded travel days. We originally had plans to tour the Riviera but ditched them to stay closer to this home and the beaches of Juan les Pins. We rented e-bikes, which made a huge difference in how we could get around. I highly recommend that. This home is fantastic. Plenty of room for the six of us.
