Vous profiterez autant de l’intérieur que de l’extérieur grâce à une grande terrasse (35m2) ombragée par la vigne ainsi qu’un jardin entretenu et entièrement clôturé de plus de 900m2 et sans vis-à-vis.

There are numerous places of interest in the area serving a wide variety of tastes, as well as plenty of routes to explore for ramblers, walkers and cyclists.

Vous pourrez profiter de la campagne charentaise, car des chemins sont directement accessibles à pied ou à VTT. A voir à proximité : La ville d'Angoulême connue pour le festival de la BD, le circuit des remparts, l'Abbaye de Saint Amant de Boixe... Stay in the old cowshed on our small farm, set in just under 2 hectares of pasture and woodland, full of wildlife. A great base for exploring Charente and all it has to offer. A rustic Gîte deep in the Charente countryside. Access to our homemade saltwater pool overlooking the valley during the summer months. Badminton/Volleyball and pickleball nets on site. Just 40 minutes from Angoulême. Less than 15 mins from Nanteuil-en-Vallée and Verteuil-sur-charente.
