EVERYTHING is washed after each guest including sheets, towels, All blankets, bed comforters, and even decorative pillow cases. All handles, knobs, remotes and shower are sanitized.

Chassahowitzka, a fishing village in Homosassa, Fl. Book one our local fishing guides, swim with the manatees, or rent kayaks from one of the local campgrounds on the water all less than two miles away! It is a very short paddle to 7 sisters springs. It’s a page right out of a fairy tale. In the colder months manatees are abundant and can be observed right from the local dock. Fishing is also permitted at the local dock where Mangrove Snapper and Bass are often caught along with other species.

We are just 5 minutes from enjoying everything that Homosassa has to offer. We are off a canal that leads to a nature reserve and is about 3 miles to Monkey Island. Canoes are on property so you can explore the unobserved beauty of the river. Skiffs smaller than 17ft are best to dock in our canal that leads to the river.

The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to prepare meals. Walking distance to Chassahowitzka campgrounds, a bait shop, and a bar/restaurant. Fish off the private boat dock: covered parking, bonus lanai room. We have two fishing kayaks available for use. THE OWNER TAKES NO LIABILITY FOR THE USE OF KAYAKS. Pet must be approved before check-in.

This home sits on the canal beautiful 2 bedroom /2 Bath double wide vacation home with access to the Chassawitska river & Gulf and 7 Sister's Springs and the Famous Crack, Master Suite with King bed and guest room with queen. Full Kitchen with cookware & Dishes and silverware, Hot tub, Fishing off the seawall Sunbathing listening to the sounds of nature. Fishing poles, 2 Bikes, and kayaks, provided. Have your coffee by the canal and see what nature comes by.

The Banyon House 2br 2Ba on Canal + Kayaks

Relax with family and friends at this beautiful property. Enjoy kayaking right from the dock on the property. There is a lovely covered patio where you can enjoy meals cooked in the fully stocked kitchen. There are two bedrooms that are both en-suite. For additional sleeping there is a sleeper sofa in the lounge. We will accommodate Dogs (up to two) but NO CATS... Owner is highly allergic. There is a $75 additional pet fee per stay.

Come relax at the wooded half acer river side house! Boat ramp and private dock as well as kayaks available for use on property. Fully loaded laundry room, fully equipped kitchen.
