Whether you are entertaining in the open living / dining areas or relaxing by the fire, you will have everything you need for a great stay! The property benefits from modern amenities such as: - Wine Fridge - Nespresso Machine - Instant Boiling Water Tap - Bluetooth Speaker - Sky Q (plus sport & movies) in kitchen, lounge and master bedroom. - Cole & Lewis London toiletries - Dishwasher - Outdoor dining - Luxury stone bath - Woodburning Fire - BBQ We have four cosy double bedrooms - two with king size beds. You can choose from two large living spaces or the separate dining room. Enjoy the garden and patio area from the kitchen / living area, opening the large doors to let the outside in! We are available if you need us but we will leave you to enjoy Watling House in peace! The house sits in the quiet village of Bridge, around three miles from historic Canterbury. The village is a great base for country walks in the Kent Downs, with plenty of local pubs for pit stops, or visits into Canterbury for its vibrant nightlife. Bus Services to Canterbury, Dover and the surrounding villages. Train service from Canterbury to London, Dover and Whitstable. Why visit Watling House... - Fantastic walks in an area of outstanding natural beauty - Lots of local amenities on your doorstep - three village pubs, local shop, butchers and a frequent bus service into Canterbury (approx 10 mins). - Close to the historic cathedral city of Canterbury. Visit the Cathedral, Canterbury Tales and the historic city walls. - You can nip up to London on the UK's first highspeed service from Canterbury West (approx 55 mins) or a day trip to France (approx 20 mins from the Port of Dover and the Channel Crossing). We haven't been able to list all of the great things to do in the area but can always tell you more... we would recommend a trip to one of the local Kentish vineyards for some famous English Fizz!

Romantic Tudor Cottage is both traditional with many original features and beams, as well as contemporary in the styling and high quality architect restoration. Comfortable with all mod cons and essentials. Few mins walk to all the history, culture, entertainment, food scene, river beauty spots and shopping of gorgeous Canterbury. Enjoy!

Cosy King apartment + Free parking

Relax in my minimalist and modernised Victorian apartment in central Canterbury completely privately all for yourself. The area is away from the city noise but at the same time only a 10min walk to the city centre for the Cathedral and the highstreet. The perfect balance. It is only a 3min walk from the Canterbury city Roman walls, the castle, Canterbury EAST St., an ALDI supermarket and the best fish and chips in the city 'Papas'. You can park your car too with a dedicated parking space.

Within walking distance to Bekesbourne train station, which is a main line service from London Victoria. Close to A2 on which you can reach Canterbury city centre with in 8min, London 60 min, 29 min to Eurotunnel and 27 min to Dover ferry. This is the perfect place for cycling, a family holiday or weekend getaway with friends.
