Um pequeno apartamento com 57 m quadrados , num antigo bairro de pescadores , calmo e tranquilo . Situa se num primeiro andar de uma casa germinada , tem uma varanda exterior que acompanha o comprimento da casa. Fica a 30m a pé das praias , e a 5m de carro . Tem vários bons restaurantes perto e inclusive o Mac Donalds e tambem supermercados para fazer compras. Está decorado de forma simples, confortavel e equipado com tudo para passarem umas boas férias. O vosso bem estar é a minha prioridade

Carefully restored traditional, charming house in Porto - we are at about an hour by public transport to the center of Lisbon, 30 minutes by car - the access to the bedroom is through a steep narrow staircase - this is a house in the country side with no stores, bars, restaurants, etc at walking distance - the height of the doors is 1m80 - we have 1 bed and 1 comfortable sofa bed - over the entire north area of Caparica, Almada and West Lisbon there are flights passing by (700 meters altit)

This house has been completely renovated and it´s located on the beach, facing the Atlantic Ocean. The beach has its own lifeguards who watch the beach during the summer. We are 10 min away from the center on foot through the beach or 2 min by train. In the center you find laundries, supermarkets, pharmacies, health centers, restaurants, etc. You can rent a bicycle or a car and take a tour. We are about 20 min from Lisbon and from the airport and about 15 min from the Hospital by car.

La maison est parfaite pour les personnes qui cherchent à se sentir chez elles. Elle est située dans un quartier calme, à 5 minutes en voiture des meilleurs clubs de plage de Costa da Caparica. Le supermarché est à 200 mètres de la maison et il y a beaucoup de restaurants tout près ainsi que des commerces. Si vous n’avez pas de voiture, Uber fonctionne très bien et est très peu cher.
