Oak Hill Farm c1824, this farmhouse has been fully renovated with a modern take on upstate luxury. Situated on 183 acres of its own land, the house has views across the valley, spring fed swimming pond and a private mountain top. Enjoy morning strolls through our open hay fields, cookout on the covered deck with a wood burning smoker, gas grill, fire pit. In the evenings' BBQ on the deck and enjoy a glass of wine next to the fire pit. Spend days hiking in the trails of Lutheranville State Forest in the Summer or Cross Country Ski & Snowmobile in the winter. It is approximately a mile away. We are also 2.5 miles from Seven Ponds Farm and about 30-35 minutes to both Oneonta and Cooperstown.
