This cozy and unique guest house locates in a calm and peaceful neighborhood. We were inspired by rural France when decorated it yet we made sure it had all modern amenities! Both main and guest house sit on a 2 acres fenced lot which is large enough to provide you privacy. There is a sizeable pond on a property which is stocked with fish. Enjoy the views and sounds of a nature and don’t be surprised if you see gopher turtles:) Down town Punta Gorda and Port Charlotte both are about 15 mins away

Eclectic design with mostly Caribbean influences. Marble floors, tile counter tops and a large shower with a sit down bench. Walk the custom pathways which reveal beautiful orchids and exotic plants. Go kayaking, fish off the beach or look for sharks teeth. Take a swim in the pool or work on your tan.

Enjoy access to a large heated pool as you take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis. Stay comfortably in this charming one-bedroom, one-bath suite featuring a relaxing bathtub. The suite offers a private entrance, separate heating and air conditioning, and a kitchenette with a small fridge/freezer, sink, microwave, and coffee maker. Includes a 55” smart TV, WiFi, and desk/work area. Attached to the main house yet very private, with all the essentials for a cozy, convenient stay.

My aim is to provide you with a cozy and comfortable stay. As you enter the front door, you will access the living room with kitchen and bathroom. Enjoy a beverage under the century old oak tree and feel your heart rate slow down as you soak up the bohemian garden. BBQ area available upon request with a $20 cleaning fee. Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Walking distance from Manasota Beach, bring your bathing suits and leave the worries at home. It’s a comfortable clean 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom lower level private quarters. You will have access to the outdoor areas including, fire pit area and pool. In case of rain or a break from the sun, you can enjoy the ping pong table, or explore our surroundings. Visit historic Downtown Englewood or Venice where many events take place all year long.

Relax at this peaceful place to stay. Guest house for rent. Separate entrance. 3 ml from the beach, 13 ml from the mineral lake. Furnished. Pet friendly. 215 sq ft. Parking space. One bedroom, fridge, microwave. Private bathroom. Electric double burner. A friendly dog and a mean cat might be wandering in the backyard, occasionally could approach guests to say “hi”. This airbnb is ran by my mom, she is 75 and doesn't speak English, but she uses google translate for any communication.

This custom home with separate guest house (divided by the large lanai and pool area) was designed small, but big on outdoor amenities! Included with this space is access to an outdoor kitchen, pool and large lanai with plenty of seating options, outdoor shower, pool bath, stack heater and BBQ grill. Continue out the back to fish on the lake and canal. Heading to the beach? We have beach towels, chairs, cooler, and umbrella available for you. Bicycles also available on request.

Relax at this cozy place to stay in Port Charlotte. Close to some beaches, malls and parks ten minutes away from “Myakka River State Park”,. Close to Rotonda West! Englewood! There is a space to park. The bedroom has its own entrance. The bathroom is next to the room. The bathroom is private. The room is ready to be rented, the kitchen is not included..The laundry is included and it is shared with the owner..You can wash and dry once a week. Lots of wildlife.
