This was the third time we rented the Black House and it's starting to feel like a home away from home. Proximity to the cross country ski trails is fantastic and the house is spotless, cozy and the kitchen is well stocked! Stéphanie is incredibly responsive to all messages and very friendly in all communications. highly recommend!!!!!

We were so excited to arrive at Eva’s cute accommodation and find it exactly as described. Clean & comfortable. Eva was very responsive and helpful with all our requests.

Dave a été très accueillant et réactif, un lieu paisible et calme au sein de la nature, un chalet au delà de nos attentes, équipé et chaleureux, en bref un séjour rempli de bons souvenirs ! 😁

Nous avons passé quelques jours en famille chez Manon. C’est une véritable maison de vacances chaleureuse, bien équipée, propre! Manon est accueillante et donne toutes les infos nécessaires. Le village est mignon et paisible et il y a une épicerie à proximité de la maison. Nous avons bien apprécié notre séjour.

Le logement est très propre et fidèle à la description. Nous avions un tournois de soccer et le logement était à seulement 700m à pied des terrains et à environ une vingtaine de minutes en voiture du centre-ville de Québec. Également, nous avons pu profiter de moments de détente dans la cours arrière près de la rivière!

Un chalet parfait pour décrocher! 5 chambres, lits confortables, 2 salle de bain complète. Il ne manque absolument rien chez Louis : serviettes en quantité, bois pour le feu extérieur et intérieur, cuisine très bien équipée et +. Le coin avec le foyer électrique est parfait pour la détente pendant que d’autres sont à la salle à manger et sont plus bruyants :) C’est très propre et tranquille. On avait comme un feeling de rendre visite à grand maman ;) Il y a de belles promenades en forêt à faire. Un dépanneur pas loin pour les petits oublis. De plus nos amis à quatre pattes sont les bienvenus! Nous vous recommandons un séjour chez Louis en famille ou en amis vous serez charmés.

Fantastique séjour dans un Airbnb au dessus de la moyenne avec beaucoup de commodités que je n’avais jamais rencontrés en un seul endroit. Richard est un hôte hors pair qui est très attentionné. 5 étoiles bien méritées!

Jean-Francoise has anticipated every need a guest might have and addressed it. So many, I can't even begin to list them. Suffice it to say Jean-Francoise is a great host who has put a lot of thought and effort into making his apartment comfortable and lovely. We highly recommend it.

Un cadre idyllique dans un logement conçu et décoré avec goût et amour ! Emplacement idéal pour visiter la Baie de St Paul et ses nombreuses galeries. Tout est parfait et l'accueil d'Élisabeth et François est remarquable ! Nous reviendrons ! Merci

We had a great stay! The house was clean, easy to find, and had private parking (which is a HUGE deal in the Quebec City area). Everything in Quebec City always feels very walkable, but this was specifically a great location, close to a main restaurant and bar street, and easily accessible to Old Quebec as well, as long as you’re up for a walk. The beds were also insanely comfortable, which is not something I would typically think to mention, except that we ALL commented on it after waking up there on our first morning. Overall, a great place!

Dave met us outside the place and gave us a brief tour and fabulous suggestions. We had a blizzard blow in during our stay and Dave was a great help with parking and suggestions for how to make the most of the city. The street is a bit busy, but that’s because it’s so accessible to the old quarter. If you’re willing to walk a bit it’s very convenient to get to Frontenac, a park with ice skating, and XC skiing, running, or cycling along the River. St. Joseph around the corner has a great market and several eateries and fun spots for drinks only 5-10 away. We had a great stay despite the blizzard!

Awesome plane close to all amenities at Quebec City. Marie is super helpful and this place offers all the amenities to have a comfort stay. Loved it. We’ll return to this place for our next stay.

Great place! The condo was clean, well-equipped, and located close to everything we needed—shops, restaurants, and attractions. The amenities were excellent, and the host was very responsive and easy to communicate with. Would definitely stay again!

Excelente estadía. Departamento amplio y con todas las comodidades necesarias. El barrio tranquilo a 15 minutos del centro que en auto se nos hizo muy fácil de llegar y lo mejor esta cerca de la cascada, la cual estaba a 15 minutos caminando. Definitivamente recomendaría este lugar.

Ce sont des hôtes agréables très réactifs réponse rapide aux messages C est pour nous devenu une tradition c est notre 3 ième année où on termine en quelque sorte notre saison de ski en profitant de leur emplacement spa aussi très apprécié après une belle journée sur les pistes

Clean and beautiful view. Good location. 20 minutes driving from Old Quebec City. 13 minutes driving to Montmorency Falls. Nice place to stay.

Amazing place!! It's easy to get into, super safe, and spacious. They were extremely responsive and flexible. The place was exactly like it was in the pictures. It's a very short uber to anywhere you'd like to go. I will note that there are 3 bedrooms downstairs, but one of the bedrooms is on the main floor and doesn't have a door, only a curtain and it's right next to the dining room.

The hosts were outstanding. The condo was clean, spacious, and well-located, making it very walkable. I highly recommend staying there and would return.
