This attached guesthouse has a separate entrance and it’s own driveway with ample space. Guests can come and go as they please with complete privacy. We also have fast Wi-Fi. The property is peaceful and quiet for relaxing days up north or a retreat after a busy day of fun activities. We promise you a clean comfortable space to enjoy your time up north.

Our guest cabin is perfect for a small group or those just looking to escape! During your stay, enjoy full access to the property for grilling, snowshoeing, bonfires, petting the horses and more. Ski resorts & golf within 5 minutes!

Hoyt Hill Hideaway

Located 1 mile from the center of idyllic downtown Harbor Springs, MI. The hike & bike trail is located directly across the street, and you can see Little Traverse Bay from the end of the driveway. Our private and cozy guest cottage is in a separate building from the main house, in a renovated barn located on the 2nd floor, and sleeps 2 with a queen bed. Includes a kitchenette with sink, microwave, Keurig coffee maker with K-cups, coffee creamer & sweetener, and under-counter refrigerator.
