Andrew and Kenneth were excellent hosts. Some of the most professional, responsive and attentive I have experienced. The home is cozy, and the space is really well used and appointed. Some of the appliances are a bit quirky -- like the washer/dryer, which isn't very effective; and the stove/oven which the hosts are aware needs some repairs. The location is lovely. Be prepared to listen to the ducks on the lake. They can be loud even during the night. The outdoor shower was the icing on the cake for me. I nearly stayed longer, except I had another opportunity overseas.

This was a fabulous destination! We were looking for a big place to have a special anniversary party weekend with extended family, and this house had everything we needed. Plenty of bedrooms upstairs and first floor, many common gathering areas, large kitchen and dining room tables, and lots of Space. (And this doesn't even include the explorable property outside.) The dozens of photos in the listing were very helpful, as well as the detailed descriptions. We had specific needs for elderly relatives with disabilities, and owner Lynne was so responsive in her replies to my many messages with varied questions. Truly, Lynne, you deserve a gold star from Airbnb for promptness and offering up ways and help that made our stay both easier and fulfilling.

We loved staying at Michael’s beautiful home! Nestled in the woods near a lake, it was the perfect base for our family’s reunion trip. Michael was quick to respond to our questions and very helpful. We would definitely stay here again!

Jamie was prompt with communication and helpfulness made our trip so smooth giving us directions as we got settled into the home! They went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed!" The property was impeccably clean and beautifully decorated words can’t explain the detail to this home! Unbelievable view peaceful and relaxing! We had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this host to anyone. We hope to stay with them again soon!

My 2 colleagues and I stayed here during a conference at U Conn and it was absolutely perfect. The house is steps from the lake with beautiful views. Great porch, 2 fire pits (one is part of the porch table itself!), and fun water bikes. Great swimming and relaxing all around. The house itself is comfortable and super clean. Last but not least , the host Jena was truly above and beyond helpful, responsive, and accommodating. We had an awesome time - it felt like a true retreat :)

My family and I of 5 stayed at Peter’s place from the April 14th-17th. The place was very easy to find, plenty of parking space, easy instructions to get in. Upon entering everything was very clean and organized, the rooms were the perfect size for all of us to stay in. Plenty of towels for all of us. The backyard is nice although we didn’t use it because it was chilly while we were there, but it was very clean! Mystic is about 30 ish minutes away from the place. There is a near by small beach as well for the summer days. At night everything is very quiet, and peaceful, the beds were comfortable. The charging pods on the night stand were great as well. The air conditioning in every room were great, the washer and dryer in the main bedroom was very useful, and they provide the detergent pods as well which is great. Overall my family and I enjoyed our stay here. We didn’t have to contact Peter about any concerns, because we felt right at home.

Nate and Polly were great hosts. Very happy they don’t use the toxic chemicals of febreze, Gain, Glade, etc throughout their house and linens. Very clean and well supplied. Beautiful spot on the lake. My only thought is it is a bit pricey for the fall/early winter time of year, but I definitely recommend their place.

Daniela’s place was beyond our expectations! The grounds were beautiful and the house was spotless. We were traveling with our baby and the home provided a pack n play and a high chair, as well as tons of books and some toys which all made our lives so much easier! The beds were so comfortable and all of the amenities were amazing. We visited in more of the off season and we still had the most amazing time. We hope to come back with friends and family!

The place was very clean and comfortable. The amenities were great - there was coffee and supplies for it as well as some bottle water in the fridge. The place was quiet and clean and in a good location. Sean communicated well with us and we had a nice time.

He gave great locations of things around. It was close to all the places we were visiting.

My stay was AMAZING! You can really see and feel how the host took time to make the home cozy and beautifully detailed. It was mind blowing to see how every part of the home was utilized without feeling cramped or cluttered. Definitely a great place for friends to come together. I was shocked to see how well the entire home was fully stocked with everything you could possibly need. The host provided superb comfort and convenience. Pictures do no justice for this zen home, you have to experience it in person. If you’re looking for a tranquil and beautiful place to visit; LOOK NO FURTHER!

My friend and I stayed at Clare’s Airbnb in Montauk over the weekend, and she was one the nicest and most attentive hosts we have stayed with. Our room was really nice and contained everything we needed to have a very comfortable time. We really appreciated Clare for her very friendly hospitality and for going above and beyond for us whenever we needed her for something. And she was so lovely to our dog, Chi Chi ☺️ We will def stay at her place again if we make another visit to Montauk! 🐶🐾💕

Such a lovely place. Games to play. Books. Relaxing there because so many chill spots to hang. Awesome kitchen. Nice living room. I didn’t sleep well so it was great to be able to pull out sofa and not annoy my hubs. Magnolia tree - perfect for spring. Loved location … between beach and URI. Parking perfect. Loved the area to sit outside.

Hopes place is very charming and the location can’t be beat. The beach is easily accessible and within walking distances to shops and restaurants. 10/10 recommend!

Eli's spot exceeded our expectations! The location is excellent—right on the pond with beautiful views, and centrally located for easy access to Montauk's restaurants and beaches. The apartment itself was clean and spacious, comfortably accommodating our group of five adults. Most of all, Eli was incredibly hospitable--super responsive, friendly, and went above and beyond with thoughtful gestures throughout our stay. We'd highly recommend this spot to all!

I can’t say enough about Vicky and Rick‘s place. Not only is it the cutest little cottage on the water, but it is in a great location and a perfect little neighborhood. The house has all the amenities needed. All instructions for everything were very laid out. It was clean and modern, but with a vintage feel. The bedroom is amazing with all around windows and a great view of the water. I would definitely come back here again perhaps in the fall or summer. Highly recommended!

We had a beautiful stay at the cabin. The views are stunning and the hot tub was glorious. A lovely escape into nature.

Linlin was a wonderful host and we loved this adorable cottage. It was incredibly clean, while still being warm and welcoming for us (and our pup). It's a little farther from the water than we had anticipated, but it's a relatively short and private walk to a dock with kayaks and beautiful views. Highly recommend!

The place was perfect for us as a weekend getaway: at such peaceful and secluded location, you can really unplug and feel the warmth of the sun and wind from the ocean. Elizabeth was a super responsible and supportive host. Make sure to book if you are looking for a nice vacation at the beach!

This is a super cute cottage that is well decorated and has a fully stocked kitchen. Everything felt new. It was a cozy place to watch movies on cold nights with a gas fireplace. About a 12 min (pretty) drive to UConn. Julie was a wonderful hostess—so responsive. I highly recommend this place!

Amazing stay this weekend at Leann’s place!! Felt right at home & the place was fully stocked with literally everything we could need, she even left us some eggs in the fridge for breakfast! Perfect location, easy to follow instructions, very clean, super responsive! First time stay in RI was everything we could’ve needed for winter wellness weekend. Hope to be back in summer!

Will definitely be staying here again when I don't have busy plans. Only got to sleep there this trip. It's an awesome little get away!

We had a great stay at Greg's place. Potter pond is gorgeous and a kayaking paradise, and the walk to the beach was amazing. Being so close to great restaurants was also amazing. This is a gem of a location for a beach vacation. One note- I had thought we'd be able to launch our kayak at the water right behind the unit, but you need to walk them a little bit over to the kayak launch. Not a big deal, but make sure you bring a kayak cart if you think you'll need one.
