We stayed at Lisa's place for a baby shower in the area and it was a very nice, cozy space. The beds were very comfortable and the area is very walkable. Lisa sent a very detailed message explaining exactly how to get to the apartment, where to park, and how to do the self check-in! I will be sure to see if her place is available the next time I'm in town for anything 💜

The place is wonderful! It has a boutique hotel feel thanks to some lovely small touches and the cute design but with the comfort of things like getting to have coffee in your pjs and a washer/dryer. Also it was bigger than I expected based on the photos. Check in was easy and the location is nice too! I was able to explore Ashland and Huntington but there were also cute shops and a restaurant right underneath the apartment. I’d happily stay here again so if you’re thinking of booking it— do it!

I stayed here for one month, and it was worth it. The washer and dryer were very convenient. It was stocked with shampoo, bodywash, conditioner, and kitchen supplies. It also came with a water purifier which came in handy. The hosts were helpful and always ready to help if you need it.

It’s not just a great spot. The inside is very surprising and homely but also it’s like anywhere between 9 to 17 to 20 minutes away from like the best hiking trails in the area. Very good location if you’re a hiker.

We truly enjoyed staying here. It was very clean and welcoming. We will definitely be coming back again.

Such a great stay with a beautiful, peaceful surrounding. I enjoyed coffee on the back porch watching the birds and enjoying nature multiple times. The house is very easy to find, and the photo instructions make finding the enterance a breeze. The parking area is large enough I could have turned my Corolla around in the driveway if I'd needed to. The drive up to the house is your typical West Virginia back roads, but if you take it slow and pay attention you'll be just fine. Scottie was quick to respond to any questions I had, and made sure I was comfortable and happy with the stay! If I end up back that way I would for sure stay again!

Small town, relaxing stay with everything you need for a relaxing weekend. Enjoyed watching movies and playing games at night. Rio Grande is a small town gem and the Little Brick House makes itself part of the great experience.

Beautiful place to stay and would definitely recommend! I’ve already mentioned it to a few friends. Super clean and homey. We grilled out several times and ate meals on the back deck. Gorgeous surroundings and very peaceful! We ended up doing the endless walk trial and long point trail on one day which are both closer to the Airbnb and then another day we took about a 45 min drive south to the grandview area and did the grandview rim trail. We also drove down to the river under the bridge. The canyon rim visitor center is a close place to stop for maps and info. Overall great trip and Airbnb!

We loved our stay at Memaws House. Right from the outset, we felt safe, secure and right at home in this quiet peaceful setting. It was easy to get to all the services and attractions in the area being so close to the interstate. We cooked, did our laundry, watched Netflix and had a great nights sleep, absolute bliss when you be been on the road all day. We were also impressed with the standard of cleanliness especially the bathroom which was absolutely spotless. Thanks for a wonderful stay a little slice of rural life in West Virginia which will live long in the memory.

Steven & Becky are GREAT hosts! Super friendly, quick communication and clear instructions on the place. They even left us snacks! (Kid approved snacks too!) The house was squeaky clean and cool when we arrived. The Boomer Bungalow is a cute house and feels just like home. I definitely would recommend staying here and I certainly would come back.

Charles was first class and a wonderful host. The place was perfect. Highly recommend for ATV or any activity.

My daughter and I had a fabulous stay in Rio Grande! The home was perfect and exceeded our expectations! The online pictures didn’t truly capture the charm of the house. Place looked just like the pictures. Perfect for a one night stay. We were driving and it was the perfect place to stop and rest overnight. Local restaurants had great food and drinks! Airbnb was very clean and had plenty of towels and utensils, pots, etc for cooking!

This place is beautiful and clean inside , lots and of open space . Our host Kristin answered questions before and during our stay ! She knew we were on our girls trip and made it super special ! I would recommend this place for anyone staying in Charleston . So close to restaurants and entertainment. Book it , you won’t regret it!

The place was absolutely awesome. Very clean, beautiful, view was gorgeous, very well stocked. Not a single complaint. If ever in this area again, would definitely stay again and would recommend it to anybody looking for a place to stay!!!!

This was the perfect spot to stay near New River Gorge national park. It is a super quick drive to downtown Fayetteville and to various trailheads and entrances to the river and park. Very clean and modern, quiet location with easy parking right outside. Thank you!

Location Location Location. We were really looking for a ski in ski out place as we were supposed to have quite a bit of snow while we there. Ended up getting about 10" so no matter what the roads were like we had enough food from the local store for a few days. but to my surprise they kept the fairly steep entry drive plowed and clear the whole time. the room was great and as to be expected. it wasn't that cold while we there but the newer mini split heat pump did a great job keeping us warm. I was already told by 13 year that we are definitely coming back here. she had an absolute blast. Thanks again for everything and we will be back again for sure hopefully this year.

Our accommodations were great. The owners could not have been better for their quick response to our questions and coming to our rescue when we locked ourselves out. The location was convenient to downtown, however our only comment about the location was that it was within a block from a shelter for homeless people and we did not feel comfortable walking on that block at night. However, we drove our car to a convenient parking garage downtown instead.

Great place to stay when exploring all Lewisburg has to offer

We love the ability to ski in/ski out and that dogs are allowed. It is a good place for the price listed. We have stayed here twice now. I would just suggest bring your own shampoo and conditioner.
