The house is virtually brand new. Each bedroom had its own bathroom and the rest of the house was well designed. Great place to stay. We had a minor issue getting the hot tub started when we arrived but the after hours person on call was a huge help. Overall excellent place.

Beautiful home and surroundings. 3 couples with personal spaces and large communal spaces to gather. Very comfortable and clean. Recommend Kiss Cafe for breakfast. We also went through Savor Charleston and had Chef Morgan and her assistant prepare and serve a dinner at the house- fabulous food and was relaxing to just enjoy the views and the wonderful home. Highly recommend! It's no wonder their home receives the 5 star reviews!

The location was beautiful! Jayne was very responsive and accommodating so we could check in early. She also recommended a lot of local of local spots including a fantastic restaurant in John’s island! The pool was fantastic! Awesome quick stay

We had a lovely stay at this property!! Very walkable and large unit with bathrooms in every bedroom which was nice for a larger group. Very clean and the host was able to help us with early check in and check out. Only thing that bothered some of my group was the noise level from the highway. If you sleep with ear plugs then you should be fine!

We had a wonderful stay. Love that each bedroom had its own bathroom. The kitchen had all the essentials. We did not get to enjoy the pool but the guest above us did and it seemed like a nice area for them. We did have 5 cars and with only 2 parking spaces we had to make sure to plan ahead but it worked out with street parking. Very cozy space in the living area for all of us to gather.

Doug was an incredibly responsive host and the house was great for our large family with 3 small kids! We would definitely come back to this location & house again.

One of the best Airbnb experiences I have had no doubt! The host is amazing and they go out of their way to make your stay at their home as comfortable and seamless as possible. They had homemade bread and a homemade quiche waiting for us! Even a hand written note inside their guest book specifically for us. They really care about the small details of sharing their home! We had a lovely stay! With 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, there was lots of space for 8 adults to be comfortable. The pool was used everyday and the house had everything we needed. There was a bit of an issue with the pool when we arrived but was promptly looked after the following morning. We would definitely stay again and recommend this place to anyone visiting beautiful Charleston!

Very nice and secluded from the main street and such easy access to the beach. Super clean house with everything I need to enjoy my stay! Definitely will be coming back.

Stayed here for three nights and enjoyed the accessibility to all that Charleston has to offer. Walked to plenty of fine dining in the neighborhood, including Southbound, The Grocery, and Fuel. There is a Publix that is a five-minute drive away. Uber's to downtown (market & King) were about 12 mins long and approx $8-10. There are plenty of people walking around the neighborhood, so it doesn't feel eery or anything. Some college students walking home later on in the night, from the establishments on King St. I would presume, but not obnoxious or anything like that. The house was super clean, easy to find, and had enough dishes and towels. The beds were SO comfortable and there were plenty of pillows, too! Communication was great and responsive.

We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay for a girls weekend! We were beyond happy with the location, amenities, and cleanliness of the house. The beds were incredibly comfortable and the house was so well taken care of. I hope we can make it back and stay here again.

We loved Tom’s place. The house was clean, cute and comfortable. The beds were super comfortable and the hosts were incredibly responsive. We would definitely stay again!!!

We, four retired guys, were in town for a multi-day event at Patriots Point. Paula’s property is a short drive from there and close to shopping. We enjoyed meals at home, including grilling in the backyard, as we as in the general area, all short drives away. We met Paula on our first day, of six, as she allowed us to check in early while she was finalizing the house for our stay. 5 stars.

We had a wonderful stay at Kathy’s place in Mt. Pleasant! The location is perfect — just a short drive to the beach, and super convenient to Whole Foods, great restaurants, and everything else you might need. The house itself is very spacious with plenty of room to spread out, and having multiple bathrooms was a huge plus for our group. One of our favorite features was the fully fenced backyard — perfect for relaxing outdoors or letting kids or pets play safely. Kathy was also incredibly responsive, answering any questions promptly and with kindness. Highly recommend staying here if you're looking for comfort, convenience, and a great Mt. Pleasant experience!

This home was very unique in every way. You could not see into one room from another, which made privacy for our group great. The neighborhood was very peaceful except for one dog, but we have dogs, so it was not bothersome. The house had plenty of space and seating for everyone. The pool area was amazing as well. Jon left us some drinks and breakfast items for our stay as well. Everything was perfect and we look forward to staying again, if dance competitions bring us back to Charleston!

An absolutely beautiful home with every amenity you can think of. Sparkling clean and makes you feel right at home. Above and beyond every expectation! Great communication with our host and a wonderful weekend in an incredible home!

The house was exactly what we needed for two families staying together with a teen and a toddler. The activities in the house were fun and then the pool outside allowed something for everyone. Steve was a great host and communicated with us quickly! We would stay here again if we were looking for a great place outside of the hustle and bustle of the city.

We had the best girls weekend at Calvin’s home! He was very responsive and flexible letting us drop our bags off at the house ahead of check in. It was a great house and location - so close to the beach but also was great to have the pool option! IOP was a blast and the house was a semi far, but feasible walk to restaurants/bars. The house was great with many rooms to spread out and use during our stay. The only note is that the kitchen wasn’t stocked with any cooking essentials (olive oil, s&p, butter, condiments). Would highly recommend - we may even be back!

We throughly enjoyed our stay and the house was perfect for two families of four. The location is perfect - walkable to town and close to the beach but off the Main Street so quiet and not busy. We loved the pool and hot tub and outdoor seating and we made good use of the ping pong table room. We had small issues and questions throughout our stay and Frank was very responsive. Would definitely stay here again.
