The property is tucked away in a sought after cove location on the grounds of Porthilly Farm, just a short walk across the beach to Rock. This charming little gem is an idyllic coastal getaway perfect for romantic breaks, taking it easy by the sea or for adventurous getaways alike. We run a working dairy and shellfish farm and our oysters & mussels are grown in the estuary.

With the nearby gem that is St kew Pub, Chapel Ample is the perfect base from which to explore local beaches, take rugged coastal walks and visit nearby Port Isaac.

Only a short drive to some of Cornwalls best beaches and attractions, memories are waiting to be made in this bright and contemporary space. Linden Lea boasts a spacious kitchen with large dining table and a comfortable lounge, a perfect place for a get together with family and friends.
