Entire unit has ocean views and a patio to watch the beautiful Summerland sunsets. 5 min walk or bike ride to Summerland Beach.

Dunes Apartment Near the Beach

Clean and comfortable apartment by the beach designed for longer term stays. This 3 bedroom and 2 bathroom apartment is all on the second floor above the garage. Mandalay beach is about 10 min walk. During the summer, we prefer stays of 5 days or 7 days checking in on Mondays or Wednesdays. Please reach out for other stay needs you may want. We do have discount for weekly stays and 25% discount for monthly stays.

We welcome you to our Luxe Sofi Stadium home. Located just 10 minutes from LAX, 9 minutes to Sofi Stadium and Forum. Nearby access to all local freeways, the beach & many other LA attractions are only about a 10 minute drive. Restaurants and lots of shopping centers all within walking distance, this modern home is in a perfect location for a weekend getaway or even a long term stay.
