The Pretty in Pink Beach Cottage has one bedroom, a full kitchen, a small office, outside patio and living room furnished with a queen sleeper sofa. The backyard is equipped with a tiki bar, fire pit, dart board, fun lighting and plenty of seating; It’s a great place to hang out all day or night, but is especially spectacular at night. The office is a great place to relax, read, work or even just to drink your morning coffee. The kitchen has all the essentials to prepare a good home cooked meal.

Large front deck with a fire table, and back yard with a BBQ and hot outdoor shower. 8 bikes, helmets and locks. Easy self check-in with a coded front door.

Modern decor,art,plants and pottery set a relaxing mood that melts away stress. Our home is set across from a park,stunning sunsets from the front porch,living room and master suite. The kitchen is well stocked(no paper towels)master room has a queen size bed and the 2nd room has a full size bed. Organic bedding,nice towels and natural fibers through out house. Fast wifi and cable tv. Street parking in front of house. 5 miles this is a quiet space. No parties,loud music,quiet time is 9pm-10am

The stunning coastline is only about a 30-minute car ride away and many other attractions are within an hour. Relax on the breezeway, porch, or by the open fire pit. 🐝

Location Location Location. This oceanfront property overlooks the iconic Malibu Colony beach, incredible views, large private patio, and walking distance to shopping/fine dining. Private chef experience available upon request. For the outdoor enthusiast we have sea kayaks, surfboards and you can fish right off the deck. This is a family and dog friendly home with a special history, built in 1932, has been home to famous musicians and actors. Did I mention that dolphins swim by every day?

STVR permit # 2374 Hurst cottage is under a mile from both the beach and downtown. It is located on a super quiet residential street, but also a quick walk to a local park, cafes, restaurants, bookstore, and a market. Our cottage is intentionally designed to include (almost) everything you need with lots of small beautiful details. With the warm sunlight and the cool ocean breeze pouring in all at once, it is a wonderful place to relax. We also have a beautiful private cedar hot-tub:)

The cottage is located by our orchard, very private w views from every window. Comfortably furnished (Queen bed, couch, desk, armoire, dresser,TV) it comes w a kitchen (incl w/d), bathroom (shower) and a fenced yard to relax. It has a light and airy feel, heating and a/c. Comfortable to get to work or heal or explore SoCal's beaches, mountains, hiking, biking, visit Universal Studios or Santa Barbara a perfect little home to get away for a couple of days, weeks or even months.

Business license #2223. After 2 guests I charge $13 extra each per night, per person, including infants. I also charge $78 per pet. I have a security camera in the front. There are 2 bedrooms each with a queen bed. There is also a sleep sofa and an airbed. Relax and enjoy. Ventura has been voted one of the best places to vacation. There is an extra room with 2 twin beds, please ask me about that. Not a true bedroom.

Enjoy the laid-back vibes of Hollywood Beach and the Oxnard Shores. La Casita Azul is a 1 minute's walk to the beach and a short walk away from all the Channel Island Harbor amenities and fun. Boat and kayak rentals and fresh seafood to fill any cravings are just a short walking distance. Enjoy the Sunday Farmer's Market at the harbor, which offers a variety of locally grown fruits and vegetables and food vendors.
