Amazing place to stay! It’s the top Airbnb we have ever stayed at!! The location is so convenient and close to the main Nimman shopping and dinning area!! However it’s in an inner alley so it also feels private and quiet. The hosts are very helpful and welcoming! They waited for us to check in and provided us so much useful recommendations to travel around Chiang Mai. The response was like instant 😂. The host even prepared us breakfasts in the fridge and fresh fruits everyday. There’s also a maid who cleaned the rooms and did free laundry for us everyday! Three bedrooms with three bathrooms are very nice for our family to stay. We spend wonderful holidays here. Highly recommended to everyone!! ❤️❤️

Ploys place is easy to find and very convenient to stay. Big house, many rooms, wide space and great view. it's a perfect place to relax with friends or family. The house is nicely decorated and quite comfortable.

Our stay at this Airbnb in Chiang Mai was absolutely wonderful! The location is incredibly convenient, with easy access to everything you could need. It’s a spacious place, perfect for a big family, and we felt right at home during our entire stay. The host was fantastic – very responsive and quick to answer any questions we had. The beds were comfortable, and the place had plenty of lighting, making it feel cozy and welcoming. We also appreciated how easy it was to find and access the property. One of the highlights was the convenience of having a massage place right next door and a great coffee shop nearby. The budget-friendly buffet breakfast was a bonus, and we loved the affordable swimming option just a short distance away. There’s also a good food store within walking distance, and the area is packed with dining options, so we never had to go far for a delicious meal. Overall, this Airbnb exceeded our expectations, and we highly recommend it to anyone visiting Chiang Mai.

I would like to highly recommend this accommodation and the host. If you wanna try some experience out of the old town, it’s a good choice:) 1. It’s a safe area and I feel secure staying there alone. The surrounding area is appealing and quiet. 2. There are some nice cafes and restaurants for food as you need, although the 7-11 is not very close by. 3. It will be a good way to have motor bike to explore around and not so far from anywhere with the motor bike in 30 mins. Except from the big events like lantern festival period, other time would be easy to take a taxi or grab around this area. 4. Many interesting sightseeing spots around or on the way to another destination as recommended from the host. 5.The house is cozy and has everything you might need. 6.The last but the most highlighted point is the host! He is like a superhero with all the helps needed in time. He is intelligent, helpful, and so good at communicating. He also can always come up with wonderful ideas for you.

Spectacular facility with all kinds of space with pools and building with other amenities as listed. Very peaceful, quiet and family/kid friendly. Good security. Plenty of room for one or two people. Great television and Wi-Fi with balcony views. I find most beneficial is a comfortable sofa for 2 to relax watching television or conversation. Huge mall next door. Actually more like an 8-minute walk to the mall over a footbridge and small canal. Besides the mall there isn't much within short walking distance, but the mall has most anything you need anyways. Other than that you'll need taxi or some transportation beyond. In final analysis this facility I highly recommend.

This stay was probably one of the best I’ve had so far! If you need a break from hostel life this is an amazing alternative. The price is fair and the room is heavenly big, with a washing machine, extremely comfy bed, wifi, clean space! Jan is extremely friendly, she helped me find solutions for my visa, motorbike rentals and was always attentive when I needed her advice! Also one of the best hosts I’ve ever had! The surrounding is near to a main road where you can have a bunch of street food, 7/11 is right around the corner, it did take me about 45/50 minutes of walking to the old town but helped me stay active! All in all, highly recommend!!

I had a great experience in Chiang Mai and this apartment. It was very clean and perfectly situated, just a short 7-minute stroll away from One Nimman, Maya Mall, and a vast array of incredible dining options. Despite Nimman's lively tourist scene, the apartment provided a tranquil haven. Merry's outstanding support and responsiveness made my stay even more enjoyable. I look forward to coming back again soon!

A wonderful house in the center of U Nimman. Within 5 minutes of leaving the house, you are in the center of the main street where all the entertainment is. Live music, bars, restaurants and Maya mall are right next to you. The house was very amazing and the beds were very comfortable. The kitchen is very well-maintained and functional. There is a wonderful garden and a wonderful massage place right next to the house at the beginning of the street. I definitely recommend it.

If you want to be off the beaten path immersed in nature, this is it. North, our main point of contact, was absolutely amazing. I can’t praise her enough. She was always available and helped us plan our activities. She even took us on an unbelievable hike and then to one of her favorite local restaurants. It would not have been the same without her. We definitely made a friend for life. Thanks North!

I was blown away by the beautiful decor and thoughtful amenities at Rui’s home. Every detail was perfect, from the stylish furnishings to the fully equipped kitchen. It was a true home away from home.

The host is amazing! No kidding. She literally provides everything I needed, from day to day car service, travel spot recommendation to even pcr test! I have a 18month old baby with me and she instantly buys a baby bed for him. The house is amazing too. We had a housekeeper and she cooked great cuisines. I would definitely recommend this house to anyone coming to chiangmai.

Absolutely outstanding such great value for money. The size and the space is a lot more better than listed. It was breathtaking. So peaceful with such a beautiful relaxing garden, we felt so at home. The pool was a delight it was huge. I really miss it already. The hosts are so lovely they go above and beyond to help you feel at home. Myself and my family would highly recommend this property you wouldn’t be disappointed. I would give this property 10-10. Fantastic all round ❤️

It’s very very very cozy . It feels like home and you have everything you need . It’s also bigger in real life .. I enjoyed staying there and I’ll be back ..0 complaints
