Le zone soggiorno e pranzo aperte conducono a un patio con vista sulla piscina e sulla natura circostante, ideale per il caffè mattutino o i tramonti serali. La camera da letto principale si trova al piano superiore e dispone di un balcone privato. Al piano superiore ci sono anche altre due spaziose camere da letto con ampio spazio di archiviazione. Mentre la quarta camera da letto si trova al piano inferiore e si affaccia sul rigoglioso giardino e sulla natura. Tutte le camere sono dotate di bagno privato e aria condizionata per la privacy e il comfort. La cucina completamente attrezzata include tutti gli elettrodomestici essenziali. Little Chancery occupies a quiet spot at a breezy location near the ocean. You'll escape the tourist crowd here, although it's just a short trip by car or bus to shops, restaurants and nightlife. A 10 minute walk takes you to a small local supermarket. It's only six minutes from the house to Long Beach. It really is long (one mile) and great for morning walks. The water’s warm, the waves impressive and the trade winds will keep you cool. Swim here only if you are confident in the surf.
