Benvenuti! A pochi passi dalla Torre Eiffel in un appartamento moderno, situato lungo un quartiere commerciale circondato da hotel, negozi e ristoranti. L'appartamento si trova al piano principale di un edificio residenziale e si affaccia sulla strada, il che conferisce alla casa una bella vista e molta luce naturale. La mia casa è ideale per un gruppo o una famiglia di 5 persone, ed è composta da un'ampia e spaziosa zona giorno con salotto, televisione e una cucina completamente attrezzata in grado di cucinare un pasto casalingo (o di riscaldare gli avanzi e il cibo da asporto). Sentitevi liberi di utilizzare il tè e il caffè in omaggio per il vostro piacere. L'appartamento è suddiviso in due piani; all'ultimo piano si trova la camera da letto principale con lavabo personale e letto matrimoniale. Al piano inferiore (seminterrato) si trova una camera secondaria con 3 letti singoli. Lenzuola e lenzuola d'albergo sono fornite per un riposo confortevole. Ci sono 2 bagni condivisi in tutto il bagno che è dotato di tutto il necessario. Asciugamani freschi, articoli da toilette e asciugacapelli sono a vostra disposizione. A vostra disposizione c'è un parcheggio (20 euro al giorno) se necessario! La mia casa viene pulita e igienizzata prima del vostro arrivo. Buon divertimento!

The quiet and secure residential area is only 2-mn walk from the Eiffel Tower. This area is offering a large selection of restaurants and shops. The decoration is art-deco inspired, with modern comfort and amenities. We have changed the mattress for a queen size, thick, medium hold new one.
