Welcome to this relaxing waterfront home! Located on Chalk Pond, the house is a perfect spot for enjoying the water with all the amenities of home. Chalk Pond is quiet and peaceful, terrific for swimming, kayaking or lounging on a float. Lake Sunapee is minutes away. Short hikes are within walking distance, and longer hikes, such as Mount Sunapee and Mount Kearsarge, are a short drive. We are 10 minutes from skiing and snowboarding at Mount Sunapee and 30 minutes away from Ragged Mountain.
