The technology and the Wi-Fi service need to be upgraded to today standards with so many live programs being shown on Netflix and prime. It’s important that the devices that are being used are to today standards. You had various nights we couldn’t watch anything because either the cable was not upgraded to various channels or the devices would not stream live events because it said on the screen, the device was too old. My suggestion is to get an Apple TV download the most used apps, things like HBO Netflix, Amazon prime and allow people to login to enjoy their stay in the evening. My other advice would be to get a hot tub. It would be great to have after skiing.

We had a wonderful time! As soon as we got there, we felt like at home. Tom was always very responsive and accommodating. We loved our stay!

Our stay in Buena Vista was fantastic. Corey was great to work with and was super accommodating. His place exceeded our expectations! We will definitely be back!

Had a wonderful stay! The town was super easy to walk to and had good restaurants and everyone was so nice! Very proactive with instructions and was easy to turn off my phone and just relax. We also forgot a toothbrush there and they were nice enough to ship it back 🫶🏻

The house was very cozy with a big open door plan! We felt right at home and slept really well! We would highly recommend Daw’s house and hope to stay here again. Dawn was extremely accommodating for allowing our multiple dogs and suggesting a late check out time too!

It was a wonderful home! We enjoyed the stay alot! It is definitely as described, a cozy rest stop, but not really a place to spend all day.

Perfect place to stay if you’re spending your days exploring the town and want a private place to sleep. Easy access to town, full kitchen and plenty of towels/blankets available. We had perfect weather to sit outside for breakfast and dinner. We hope to book again next year

This is a lovely place to stay in BV. We loved the carefully executed decor and enjoyed the personal story of the owners. The location was great for walking in that part of town and it was fun walking the trail by the river. Overall, we thought it one of the nicest places we’ve stayed!

We've stayed in many rentals over the years and this one is just perfect! It's a basement unit but windows let in light--I also think it was quieter being on base floor. We stayed during a very quiet time--not busy , no one staying in the upper units. BV is an awesome town and this unit is located in the new/upcoming area of South Main, VERY easy stroll to the ever beautiful Arkansas River , Surf Hotel (great dinner) and Eddyline Brewery. You can also easily walk to the 'OG' Main Street for more restaurant choices (Simple Eatery is so good!). The unit was exceptionally clean, kitchen well-stocked (with nicely upgraded dish/cookware), great shower am comfy bed. I highly recommend staying at the Alpine Den :)

I had to book this place very last minute due to a different airbnb not working out, and it was so great! Very nice space and easy check in.

If you find yourself visiting Buena Vista, you will want to stay in this neighborhood. So close to the Arkansas River, the best restaurant in Buena Vista - Wesley and Rose, and nice little coffee places, and a brewpub near by. The space was spotless and comfortable for one or two guests. The staff at the Surf Hotel were accommodating and friendly. I couldn’t ask for a more perfect spot for me to spend my working vacation.

It was a great and comfortable place to stay at, right in downtown Salida! We walked everywhere from the loft. Hunter was responsive and helpful in answering any questions I had.

Great location! Right in the middle of downtown. Small walk to the river, restaurants, etc. Gina's place was clean, and has a lot of character. There are many blankets and amenities for your comfort, however, it is a shared common area and noise travels. we recommend bringing ear plugs just in case. We loved staying here and would love to come back again!

My friend and I loved staying here! It was so close to all the cute shops and food downtown, and just a quick drive to the hot springs we were visiting! Everything was so cute in the unit and we were really appreciative of our stay here! We would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a place to stay in Buena Vista!

We enjoyed our stay at Rose’s place and look forward to staying there again! The apartment is clean and nicely decorated and in a good location. It is exactly as advertised and very comfortable. We highly recommend Rose’s place to anyone lucky enough to be spending time in Salida!

Absolutely love this space! This was the second time we’ve stayed at Johnny’s place. The location is perfect, walkable to everything, and a dedicated parking spot. We loved the heated floors in the bathrooms, and my kids loved the books and stuffed animals available. This is a fun, unique place that’s great for a family.

Great spot to visit Buena Vista !! Crave pizza in town is bomb.
