Great place to stay for a weekend in Salida! My daughter wanted something “grandma-core” and the suite was charming! Kitchen was adequate for coffee and a quick breakfast before a ski day at Monarch. Walkable to the river and over to Fun Street family arcade before dinner. Host is amazingly proactive—letting us know about early check in availability, etc. which was really appreciated.

This unit is very comfortable, spacious, and well-equipped. Plenty of towels, blankets, pillows, and seating, and a full kitchen actually stocked with anything you need to prepare meals. The décor is tasteful and feels like a genuine home. We would be delighted to return.

Our stay in Salida was wonderful. We were in town for our daughters wedding and things could not have gone better with our stay. The unit was amazing and nestled in beautiful surroundings next to the Arkansas River. Everything was exactly as described and exceeded our expectations. I especially appreciated the comfortable beds. Access to downtown Salida and the trail along the river was so convenient. Everything was in walking and biking distance. Pinon did an excellent job communicating and made the stay easy. We hope to visit again soon!

We loved our stay! We especially loved a the view of the mountains from every window and the trails along the river right across the parking lot. We enjoyed all of the modern comforts the condo offered. Highly recommend!

Perfect location in the heart of Salida. Beautiful condo - we remarked multiple times while visiting that it was more spacious than it appeared in the photos. While above a fun sandwich shop, the home was quiet. Great for small children with nearly blackout curtains in the rooms and a large walk-in closet to put a crib if needed. Convenient to have a parking spot but there is also on street parking on the other side of the condo for additional cars. Would stay here again!

Nice room in great location right next to riverfront park. A little confusion at checkin and required switching rooms due to the booked room being occupied, but resolved quickly. Overall great stay.

We had a wonderful vacation in Salida and this rental space was perfect for our stay! Everything was clean and comfortable! It is in a great location as you can walk to all the downtown area. Shops and restaurants were nearby! Monarch Mountain is only a 30 minute drive and we skied and tubed there. We rented snowmobiles nearby as well. Everything we needed was here and we will definitely stay here again!

We loved Judy’s place. It was perfect for our group of 6. Comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen (tho we didn’t cook much), easy parking. Lots of nice touches: extra hats, umbrella, games, even a Safeway card (local grocery) for discounts. We were all in town for a wedding and the venue was only a mile away. Thanks again

Kelley’s place was great! She accepted our invite last minute when our other airbnb was overbooked and we had to find another place to stay. Kelley was very welcoming and accommodating to us and our dogs. She gave us clear instructions on what to do. We had a relaxing evening and enjoyed our quick trip to BV.

If you are planning on skiing at monarch mountain this is the place to stay! It’s located 10 minutes from the lifts. The views are beautiful and the cabin was very clean. The Wi-Fi was not working when we got there but Kevin was quick to reply to us and fix the problem! Would definitely stay here again.

This is the second time we stayed here in BV and would definitely come back. It's right near everything and just a great value. We love it here.

Loved the location and beautiful views of the mountains! Walking access to hiking/biking trails was great as well as walking to restaurants, bars and coffee shops! We so appreciated having a pet friendly, comfortable place to stay while in BV! Dog park was really close as well, which was perfect! We'd love to come back and stay here again!

What a gem! This was a last minute booking and man am I glad my previous plan fell through. The place was SO nice inside, cozy, roomy, big kitchen, really nice backyard and back deck. The location was unbeatable, on a quiet neighborhood street, but one block from the river front park and 2 or 3 blocks to downtown. Host was also very sweet and welcoming.

Great weekend getaway! Location is perfect for walking around town, South Main and the river trails. Super clean and comfortable and great hosts. Love it! Already have another trip booked.

This was a great spot for a long weekend in salida with a toddler and two dogs! There are two bedroooms with walk in closets that work great to put a pack and play. Everything was very modern, comfortable and the airbnb was outfitted with everything we needed. It was nice to have the back yard with bbq as well.

Such a cool building and the condo is beautifully decorated. It was bigger than we anticipated as well. Great spot for the family and we will definitely be back! Location couldn't be any better.

Great stay in a comfortable room with everything you need for an enjoyable time in a beautiful town. Right in the heart of Salida within easy walking distance to restaurants, bars, hiking, and the river. Highly recommended!

VERY CLEAN!! This is my most important aspect of a place, and it was clean! Beautifully decorated, matched the description and very romy for being a one bedroom. Only thing I was not happy about was the tv. It only worked on one channel, but I guess it helped me enjoy everything else it had to offer. Great place, would love to go back.

Perfect for two, around some great spots, and an easy walk to the river. Great kitchen and amenities! Loved the kitchen & bed was super comfortable. Parking wasn’t bad, and free. Coffee shop below gets a little loud in the early morning, but not too bad. Overall a great town & location to stay in, definitely recommend staying downtown. Very walkable and lots to do mostly in the summer.

I had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! The home was beautifully decorated with a festive Christmas tree that made the space feel extra cozy and welcoming. Every detail was thoughtfully arranged to create a comfortable and relaxing environment. The beds were super comfy, and the entire place was spotless and well-maintained. Communication with the host was effortless — quick responses and clear instructions made check-in and check-out a breeze. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a perfect home away from home!
