I had a fantastic 3-day, 2-night stay at Nuntasak's property! The space was clean, cozy, and exactly as described, making for a truly enjoyable experience. Communication with the host was seamless, and everything was perfectly arranged for our arrival. My group had a wonderful time, and I highly recommend this property for a relaxing getaway.

The place was absolutely wonderful , clean, stylish, and very comfortable. It had everything we needed for a perfect stay. The host was incredibly kind, responsive, and thoughtful, making sure we felt welcome from the moment we arrived. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. This is the best place to play golf in Crystalbay and the condo is clean,nice and calm.I strongly recommend to stay.

Pros : This is a gem of place in Bang Saen. Great location and great view from the studio apartment. The location is excellent : Near by restaurants, Sea walk, Beach, Aquarium, Temples, and also you can take taxi to places like AngSila Fish Market (Amazing sea food for great price and they will cook it for you, and you can buy some amazing dipping sauces) You can walk to BANGSAENKAOSAMMUK in the morning or evening (we did that a lot) and view the amazing sea view in the evening or visit some unique temples and restaurant : WANGMOO The studio is clean and cozy. Oam is very responsive and helps you with good suggestions and guidance. The Locals are absolutely friendly and Bang Saen has a good trusty and laidback vibe, unlike Pattaya or Phuket. Will definitely come back again. Cons: (which I dont think is under the control of the host) The Beaches are dirty. Trash everywhere and also some green chemical residue :( Bang Saen has a great potential and the govt should take some action.

The place was consistent with the photos posted. The property is very nice and spacious, with all the basics you need to live comfortably. You can either cook or order food, and there are malls and night markets just 5 to 10 minutes away. A washing machine is available. There is Wi-Fi, but it’s best and more reliable to have an unlimited data eSIM or get a SIM card at the airport. Two smart TVs are connected to the internet, so you can log in to your own Netflix or Disney account. The host also provided instant coffee, Ovaltine, and a few liters of water for you to consume while settling in. The water pressure in one of the bathrooms isn’t very strong, and the hot water isn’t very hot, though this may be due to the summer heat. The environment is peaceful, especially in the morning and early evening. Nearby restaurants can be loud until 10 or 11 pm. There are also cafes offering good food. The dogs outside the building is no cause for concern as a guard seems to take care of them.

Had a very relaxing stay in this very spacious luxury condo. The bed is nice and soft and comfortable especially in comparison to other beds in Thailand which feel too firm. The bed linen feels nice to sleep in. The Air-conditioning works well, is nice and quiet and a must in the heatwave that Thailand is experiencing right now. There is access to a gym and 3 big clean pools in the beautiful garden surrounding the building. Lovely views and huge balcony.

Der Aufenthalt bei Ami war super. Sie hat uns mehrmals angeschrieben und gefragt ob alles in Ordnung ist. Ein Manko an der Unterkunft ist die instabile Internet Leitung. Ist nicht für Videokonferenzen geeignet. Verbesserungsvorschlag: Der Pool ist ziemlich verweist. Es könnte daran liegen, dass keine Sitzgelegenheiten drumherum angeboten werden. Das würde das Ganze attraktiver machen.

Fairly close to the beach and not too far from Khao Keow Zoo either. The internet is fast and there is plenty of places around it within walking distance in terms of food and shopping. Worth the money.
