Cha-am District: soggiorni in alloggi con lavatrice e asciugatrice

Отличное жильё, очень просто заселились и выехали, максимальное дружелюбие хозяйки. Дом немного вдали от основного шума, но всего в 200 метрах от моря. Город с одной стороны не шумный, не туристический, как Паттайя, Пахукет, но развлечений достаточно. На мой субъективный взгляд, все идеально.

Bee was a very responsive and helpful host and acted immediately to get us kitchen towels and beach towels when we asked. The view is absolutely beautiful and I enjoyed my daily sunrise cup of tea on the balcony. The condo complex has many pools and nice walking paths through the grounds. I enjoyed the saltwater pool at Building C the most.

Кондик совмещен с отелем. На территории бассейн с джакузи и детскими горками, минимальный аквапарк. Хозяин кондо нас встретил все рассказал и помог с транспортировкой багажа. Сам номер старенький. Работает кондиционер. Рядом кафешки и бары. в 500 метрах Макро. В целом довольны. Цена и качество соответствую. Есть рекомендации по улучшению. Главное что детям очень понравился бассейн.

We had a really nice stay in Cha Am at Khun Nakkaphat's place. We wanted some fresh air and quiet and that's exactly what we got. The apartment is clean, modern and very comfortable and the condo complex is very well looked after. The condo provides bicycles that you can use and it is a 5 minute walk to the beach. If you're looking for a quiet relaxing place then I would highly recommend it.

Одно из лучших мест по соотношению цена/качество. В реальности квартира лучше чем на фото. Рядом рынок. 7/11 в 15 минутах ходьбы. Особо хочется отметить хозяина: очень заботливый, всегда придет на помощь и постарается сделать все, что бы гостям было комфортно.

Отдыхали семьей на вилле в конце апреля, всё было замечательно. На вилле чисто и уютно. Есть вся необходимая мебель и посуда. Почти до всех точек развлечения 10-15 минут на машине. Phil был на связи и быстро отвечал на вопросы. Всем рекомендую, для семьи с детьми это лучший вариант.

This home was absolutely beautiful. Vasana was so easy to work with and help us coordinate transportation when we needed it. Our family has a fabulous time and we would stay here again!

Sehr schönes Haus und gut gelegen. Man ist mit Grab innerer kürzester Zeit im Zentrum oder Strand. Tul ist sehr zuvorkommend und zuverlässig. Hervorragende Kommunikation und Erklärungen. Wir waren mit unseren Kindern da und würden es allen Familien oder Paaren empfehlen. Zimmer sind grosszügig und jedes mit grossem Badezimmer. Der Pool ist gross und es braucht nicht mehr. Im Nachbar Haus wird gebaut aber auch das hat nicht gestört. Immer wieder gerne 😉

Awesome studio. Very conveniently located within walking distance of beaches, groceries, markets, laundry, and lots of great food. Stay has an equipped kitchen with everything needed to prepare meals while you're staying. You're also within walking distance of the taxing services that can take you into downtown Hua Hin, and attractions farther away. I highly recommend!

아주 만족했습니다 윙포일 타는 우리에겐 해변이 가까이 있어서 최상 메세지 응답이 빨라서 불편함없이 내집같이 잘지냈어요 올겨울 후아힌 가게되면 이숙소에 머물고 싶네요.

Our stay was fantastic. We needed a relaxing getaway to unwind and this was the perfect place. The place itself is pristine and had everything we needed. There are local supermarkets nearby that we used to get food supplies. Very easy for local transportation to find. It was close enough to the main area that allowed us to partake in the restaurants and nightlife while still having that peaceful retreat. We will definitely stay again.

Lovely place had a really enjoyable Songkran with the kids. Perfect villa.

Jessie helped me out with any problems I had. She was very responsive, I would recommend a stay at her condo.

Das Appartement ist liebevoll und sehr zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Die Aussicht ist grandios. Mann kann aus dem 19. Stock die Stadt und den Strand sehr gut überblicken. Das Appartement und die gesamte Anlage sind sehr gut gepflegt.

Loved my stay at Earns place. Could def stay longer .. Super cozy, comfy.. Good internet for work. Very breezy, so didn’t need AC.. Fantastic location.. Very quiet and yet close and walkable to many places for food or just for walks.. Big grocery stores are in a walkable distance or easily can get delivery or take a bicycle ride too.. You can get a bicycle for 2 hours for free any time.. There’s also water machine right in the building which is super convenient..

생활에 필요한 용품들이 빠짐없이 잘 갖춰져 있어 장기 숙박에도 전혀 불편함이 없었고, 주변이 조용해서 오토바이 소음 없이 편안하게 쉴 수 있었습니다. 침대 시트와 수건도 깔끔하게 교체되어 위생적으로 만족스러웠습니다.

Nice, clean and airy apartment on 15th floor, with amazing views to the sea and surroundings. Although bedrooms are on a smaller side (as well as the beds), living room is spacious and bright. Very good space for both relaxation and work, most part of the time it is very quiet around. Apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay, kitchen is well stocked including convenient air cooker. You would need a car or a motorbike here, there is not much around in walking distance. Blu Diamond complex itself is also well maintained and secure, good gym and nice swimming pool, both are usually not busy. About 10 minutes walk to the beach. Cory is a great host, friendly and ready to help and solve guests requests.

This is a beautiful apartment in a location about half way between Hua Hin and Cha Am. Lovely view of the ocean and with the windows open, it was breezy and pleasant, though there are two air-conditioners as well. The host was very responsive and easy to communicate with. We were there nearly a month, and if you do not have a car or motorbike, you can use Grab to get into town---though sometimes it took a while to get a Grab. It is about a 20 minute drive into HH. There is a 7-11 type store close by for some shopping but if you want to cook, you will want to go into the malls in Hua Hin to grocery shop. There is a nice coffee shop, Fernpresso, about a 25 minute walk down the beach (closed on Tuesdays) and an affordable restaurant next to it as well. If you do not have good luck with the tides, then you will find that there is very little beach space as the tides come up high. It is a 10 minute walk from the apartment building to the beach. The swimming pools are wonderful! Great staff!
