Full basement apartment of a brand new home which was recently featured in Toronto Life Magazine. Fully loaded with brand new appliances, including a dishwasher and laundry. The best sound dampening we could implement - it's very quiet. Incredible home gym and foosball table. Nice outdoor dining and BBQ area. 1 parking space in the driveway included, however, street parking isn't usually an issue, although technically not allowed. You can see salmon traveling upstream of the Humber River in the Fall.

Somerset Cottage at West Avenue Cider House

Welcome to West Avenue Cider! During Summer 2018 we renovated an existing outbuilding on the property into a 3 bedroom cottage for guests who are visiting the Cider House and who are visiting the Hamilton area. It’s light filled and spacious and we hope you will get to spend some time with us. The cidery can be a busy spot on weekends during the summer and fall, less busy for our winter guests.
