16 tane 1+1 suite daireden oluşan CUMBALICA BUTİK OTEL 1800 lerde Rum bir müzisyen tarafından inşaa edilmiş, 2000 yılında yeniden restore edilmiş ve 2022 Mayıs ayında hizmete açılmıştır. Merkezi konumu , manzarası, cumbaları, deniz kenarında olması otelimizin ayrıcalıklı özellikleridir. Otelin önündeki yuvarlak taş iskelede otele ait şemsiye ve şezlonglar bulunuyor. Otelin 500 m. ilerisinde denizden termal su çıkmaktadır. Bu da denizin her zaman ılık ve şifa kaynağı olmasını sağlamaktadır.

Palma Alacati is an Aegean complex with 6 boutique spaces that provides home comfort in the center of Alaçatı, which is transformed from an old boutique hotel. Pietra is particular with its stone walls and a private pool deck. Upstairs is bedroom and bath, downstairs there is the kitchen and living area. Backyard is perfect for breakfast time. The windows face both east and west as well there is open private area in both sides.
