Enjoy walking through the neighborhood, stopping at the local parks for the kids, or to get your morning cup of coffee at Starbucks. The house is well situated to head out to Rothrock Forest for hiking and biking, or to head to the stadium. Please note: this house is strictly NO partying. If you plan to bar hop and bring the fun back -- don't book this house. While you're staying, you'll have the house to yourselves.

We offer a 1.6 acre charming cabin close to Reeds Gap State Park and Bald Eagle State Forest. Bald Eagle has 193,000 acres of public land, hiking trails and fly fishing in Penns Creek. Swimming, beach and kayaking at Poe Valley State Park. Mountain biking and DCNR sport motorcycle trails. 40 minutes to State College, 15 minutes off of Rte 322, Milroy or Reedsville Exit. Relax and rock on the front porch or swing on the swing in the trees. You may enjoy dinner on the deck or in the woods.

Cozy Cottage 2BR - peaceful while convenient

This home has a unique design reported on Woman’s Day Magazine. It contains cozy and cute decorations as well as open spaces with lots of natural light. One can relax outside on the egg chair, swing, hammock, or in the recreation room with a bar and a foosball table. This residency also happens to be walking distance to restaurants, shops, grocery stores and other convenient locations! It’s close to the bus route to downtown, Bryce Jordan Center, Beaver stadium & the community pool.

Cottage in Warriors Mark

Our Cottage was originally the Barber shop here in Warriors Mark. It was eventually converted into an efficiency apartment. I completely renovated the Cottage over the summer of 2024. The space is very comfortable and inviting with everything you need to make your stay enjoyable. The space is perfect for a couple. The loveseat easily converts to a full size bed 51x72 inches. It is comfortable for one adult or 2 children. Close to fishing: Little Juniata, Spruce Creek, Raystown Lake.
