씀모이시장과 김빈,김청이 도보 2분거리라서 환전하기 가깝고 불편함없이 장도보고 환전도했어요. 호스트와의 답변도 빨랐고 친절했어요 의사소통도 원활히 잘 되었어요 방과 화장실이 많았고 7명의 가족이 머물기에 용이했어요. 간단히 음식을 조리하기도 좋았어요. 베트남에서 좋은 추억거리 많이 만들고 잘 귀국했습니다.다음여행을 기약해봅니다.❤

This place is truly wonderful, even more beautiful than the images. It's a real haven outside the busyness of Hoi An. We were two families of four with kids aged 7-10 and it was perfect for us. The kids loved the pool, which is a great depth and was warm enough for them to play in for hours. The location of the villa is incredible -- a few steps from an amazing beach cafe with incredible fresh food and just a few more steps onto a lovely, peaceful beach. Lots of swimming, wave jumping and sand castle making. We loved our five days here, it was so chilled and relaxing and the hosts were amazing helping us out with recommendations and transport. I can't recommend this place enough, one of our best Airbnb stays.

This place is located close enough to Hoi An ancient town to walk over, but away from the noise. The house is adequately furnished, and Vu was a very communicative host, recommending restaurants and shops to visit, and even a place to run. If I had to travel in a big group again, I will consider this place again.

Dinh and here family were such welcoming and friendly hosts. Willing and spot on to help with everything you need. And Dinh is a fantastic cook, the food of the restaurant was so tasteful. We also loved the location, bit more quiet street but in 1min you are on the busy street towards Hoi old centre. And on the other side you can head towards the beach. Also enjoyed the swimming pool very much. We had a fantastic stay of a week here.

The place is very comfy and easy to find. Stayed here for 7 nights and i would say it was a comfortable stay. However, the AC was a bit weak so it takes a bit long to feel the AC, with the hot weather, it can be slightly frustrating. Also one of the bathrooms has slight smell. Otherwise, all was good!

הבית מקסים ועוצב נהדר, המרפסת גדולה ומשגעת. הדבר היחיד שהפריע לי שהמים בפילטר היו עם ריח של עובד, המארחת אמרה שזה תקין, אבל לי זה הריח לא טוב.

미케비치해변까지 걸어서 7분정도 거리에 위치해 있으면서 조용한 곳에 숙소가 있어서 저녁에 편하게 잘수있었습니다. 무료 픽업서비스에 숙소까지 편하게 올수있는것도 너무 좋았습니다. 조만간 다시 이용하고싶습니다

Hung was an amazing host, the location is central but a little away from everything busy. we had an amazing time!

My second time staying at Sekyan's place was just as nice as the first. Great apartment, nice area, friendly and proactive host and great value for money.

Отличная квартира, большая спальня с отдельным санузлом, вторая спальня поменьше и без окна, так же санузел рядом. Наличие стиральной машины сильно удобно с маленькими детьми, гель для стирки есть. Хороший фен. Вид с балкона на город, но видно море и Лотос, лежа на кровати модно видеть рассвет. Сторона света север, не солнечно, это спасало от жары, но вещи сохли дольше. Если шумные соседи, вам будет слышно. Насекомых нет. Комплекс на третьей линии, защищает от шумов на площади. Два быстрых лифта для гостей. Хороший инфинити бассейн, но не выдают полотенца жителям апартаментов, есть сауна и хаммам в тренажерном зале. Рядом много кафе, магазинов, рекомендую заглядывать в проулки, там может оказаться что-то интересное. Хозяева очень отзывчивые, на все вопросы быстро отвечают. Нам очень понравилось, с удовольствием выберем эту квартиру снова.

Hong ist ein guter Gastgeber der schnell reagiert. Unseren Morgenkaffee haben wir mit dem Blick aufs Meer genossen. Nachts etwas laut und morgens beginnt der Tag um 7 Uhr. Wir haben allerdings mit offenem Fenster geschlafen und gut geschlafen. Kleine reperaturen wären mal Notwendig, Wasserhahn, sieb und Abwaschmittel waren nicht schön. Einiges haben wir gekauft aber kostet ja nicht viel. Das Licht der HAUBE ging nicht. Die Wände bräuchten mal ein Anstrich. Aber es ist alles ordentlich und sauber, das Bett normal. Nach 6 Tagen wird saubergemacht und alles gewechselt. Super Kühlschrank. Der Strand ist super und die Liegen mit Schirm Handtuch kosten pro Tag 6 Euro, wir haben es immer genutzt. Bezahle immer für den nächsten Tag dann hast du auch deine Liegen. Sehr netter Strandjunge. Hotel sauber und angenehm. Essen in Hülle und Fülle in der ganzen Umgebung. 숙소는 해변과 주변 레스토랑 모두 가까운 곳에 위치해 있습니다. 그리고 숙소가 고층이라 저녁에 소음도 없고 너무나 편안하게 쉬다 왔습니다.

This is an older type of apartment, but everything worked, I would have happily extended my stay here except it was pre booked. Strong Internet which was an important factor for me as I work online which worked flawlessly. Jack was easy to contact and communicate with. I usually rate accomodation as to whether I would return a second time ….and yes I would. Thank you for my stay here.

Плюсы: - Идеальное расположение - Квартира в точности, как на фотографиях - Хорошая техника, достаточно посуды, идеальный дом, тишина Минусы, которые были незначительны: - Горячая вода (не больше 5 минут). Приходил мастер, что-то посмотрел, но ничего не изменилось. У нагревателя ограниченное количество горячей воды. - Ванная неудобная. Там всегда мокро. Поэтому одну использовать для мытья рук, другую для душа. - Нестабильный интернет для интернет-звонков, для обычного пользования все нормально. - Мы приехали в апреле и иногда было прохладно, но окна в спальне не закрываются. - Много личных/лишних вещей хозяина. Квартира захламлена.

My family spent an amazing month in this apartment! The location is great: right in front of the building, there is a big shopping center, a 24/7 supermarket, the beach, and a market. It takes about 10–15 minutes to walk to the central square. The hosts are incredibly kind and helpful! They assisted us with all our questions, provided a baby chair and cot, arranged cleaning, and helped with the transfer. It was the best experience we’ve had with hosts! Highly recommend this apartment!

Phuon is an great host. Everything was fine. Clean, enough space, stunning view from both bedrooms, great and silet air condition.

It is a great apartment to stay and I had a great sleep at night. It is a comfortable cosy house just like in the picture with a great view. I would love to book again sometime in the future.

Wir waren mit unserer Tochter (6 Jahre) hier und waren alle begeistert. Die Aussicht ist richtig toll, die Umgebung bietet beste Unterhaltung und die Wohnung ist ein toller Ausgangspunkt für all das. Wir können die Wohnung sehr empfehlen.

The apartment itself was very clean and had a lot of space. Very easy to live in. The location itself is far out of the tourist area and also had a strong scent of fish. If you have a sensitive nose the smell of the area is definitely something to take into consideration. I also would add that there is no gym, even though the listing makes it out that there is. Overall a nice stay.

Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Hier stimmt alles: Größe, Sauberkeit, Ausblick und Lage. Nhan ist sehr hilfsbereit. Wir haben spontan gebucht und konnten eine Stunde später in die Wohnung. Wir können die Wohnung sehr empfehlen und würden wieder hier Buchen. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist einfach unschlagbar.

Le logement était parfait et correspondait aux photos et est très propre. Il se situe dans un environnement calme, proche de la mer. L’hôte est adorable et réactive quand on lui pose des questions! Merci beaucoup pour l’hospitalité ! Nous recommandons ce logement !

Amazing experience, great location, right on the beach, and an amazing Host! Tung always replies very quickly and answered all of our questions instantly. There was a short power outage and Tung sent a mechanic within 5 minutes to solve it for us. Thank you Tung for the wonderful experience, we would love to stay with you again in the future.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Thao's place. Everything was convenient and easily accessible, just a few minutes from the airport with free pickup. It took about 15-20 minutes by grab to reach Dragon Bridge, Son Tra Night Market, and Da Nang Beach. Overall, our experience was perfect. Thao was very polite and even inquired if we needed anything, like toiletries, and offered us car service for our itinerary..The place was spacious and clean.Will definitely recommend their place.
