Top floor deep water view villa with living, bedroom and patio waterfront views of sunsets and Pace Bend. Our 2 bedroom is on the top floor (elevator access) with high ceilings and it’s gorgeous! Yes! We have wifi, in villa washer and dryer, salon spa and 3 year round pools (indoor closed, south pool to open projected to be 2nd week of May) Pool 3 and hot tub are open! hot tubs, saunas, fitness center, shuffle board, tennis and pickleball! Only 6 guests maximum including infants and children.

We are located 23 miles from the Austin-Bergstrom International Airport and 33 miles to downtown Austin. The space is fully furnished with luxury items, including Brooklinen sheets, Casper mattresses, and plush towels, to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The front patio space overlooks Main Street, and the back of the building offers a private covered parking spot.
