Auf dem Grundstück hat es Hühner in einem Gehege, aber keinen Hahn ☺️ und in der Nachbarschaft hat es ab und zu Schafe. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und der Bahnhof sind mit dem Auto in sieben Minuten erreichbar und die nächste Bushaltestelle liegt zwei Gehminuten vom Haus entfernt. Das Skigebiet ist vielfältig und gut zu erreichen.

La nostra roulotte si trova a 1200 metri sul livello del mare con una fantastica vista sull'intera valle e sulle montagne circostanti. La roulotte si trova su una strada privata utilizzata solo da noi. Nei dintorni del villaggio ci sono diverse possibilità di escursioni. La roulotte è arredata in modo semplice. La cucina è completamente attrezzata e Il bagno si trova all'esterno della roulotte e a 100 m di distanza in un edificio. Piano di Campo è raggiungibile con l'autobus.

Casa indipendente e di nuova costruzione con arredi fatti su misura.Si trova in una zona tranquilla ai piedi della Val Codera e a due passi del lago.Dispone di un giardino privato dove sono ben accettati animali di piccola taglia.Dista pochi chilometri dal lago di Como e da Verceia,paese confinante, si ha accesso al Tracciolino una meta interessante per gli appassionati di montain bike.Nel periodo invernale il consumo del gas metano per il riscaldamento viene pagato a parte.

The studio provides a flat-screen cable tv, a free WiFi access. A ski storage room is available in the basement. Supermarkets, restaurants and bars are all nearby.
