The kitchen will be stocked with the following food items (guests must prepare the food): - Two (2) organic eggs per guest - Two (2) pc whole wheat bread per guest - Juice/Tea/Coffee/Milk/Creamer - Jam & Peanut Butter - Oatmeal - Miscellaneous Pantry items (popcorn/soup/etc.) Walking distance to Sidney (1.5km to town/1 km to the oceanfront) and the Victoria International Airport (2.2km) NOTE: Persons with mobility concerns may have a difficult time getting in and out of the primary bed.

OCEAN FRONT 2 BEDROOM SUITE WITH STUNNING VIEWS

This bright and beautiful suite sits directly on the ocean with access to our dock. Newly updated with stunning views and peaceful surroundings. Under 30 minutes to Victoria's City Centre, and only a 10-15 minute drive to the world famous Butchart Gardens. This place makes you feel like you’re miles away yet conveniently close to everything this amazing city has to offer. *Please note that a new house is being built next door, so there may be residential construction noise during the day.

Brentwood Garden Suite

The Brentwood Garden — basement suite is located in a quiet neighbourhood at the back of the house with a beautiful garden and patio. A infant is welcome to sleep in a beautiful baby wicket basket with stand. Unfortunately, the suite is not wheelchair accessible. Suitable for 2 persons. The suite and upper - hosts floor share one heating and cooling system with a thermostat on main floor. Our guests are able to control a comfortable temperature in the suite by adjusting ceiling vents.

This one bedroom suite is located in brand new Saanich Ridge Estates, a residential community less than 30 minutes to downtown Victoria with the conveniences of charming Sidney just 10 minutes away. Centrally located, we’re 15-20 minutes from the ferry, airport, and downtown, 10 minutes to Butchart Gardens, and 5 minutes to great hiking and biking. Nearby, you’ll find charming farms and restaurants. The closest bus stop is 2 km away. Your suite includes a fridge, microwave, Keurig, and kettle for basic meal prep. No smoking or scented products, please!
