A comfortable and peaceful base with everything you could need on your adventures in Wānaka or Central Otago. The space has been set up with an attention to families (pets included!), couples, and working professionals. The backyard is private, fully fenced; an oasis safe for all pets and/or children. We hope you enjoy starry-filled nights while relaxing in the spa and gaze at the wild native garden with tasteful evening lighting. MTB guests are welcome - only a 500m ride to Sticky Forest.

Studio 45 - A Peaceful Place to Rest.

Studio 45 - Is a stand alone guest house on our Rural property where we live with 360 degree mountains views. 1 x Queen bed d/stairs & 2 x King Singles upstairs. The Kitchenette, microwave, jug, toaster, Air fryer & fridge freezer. (No cooktop) Living has Wi-Fi TV, 2 couches 1 x chair & Air Con. Outdoor living has a large BBQ with electric oven, couches & dinning table. Peaceful, rural space only a 6 min drive to Three Parks shops, 10 mins to the Lake front. Enjoy the sunrise and bird song.

Historic Clyde cottage, restored & welcoming

The perfect place to plan your central Otago adventure. 45 Sunderland st. offers boutique accomodation within the walls of a 150 year old cottage. It has been lovingly restored & features 4 double bedrooms, two lounge rooms & two sunrooms, a private country garden & spa pool. Located within five min walk to all 5 of Clydes cafes & bars & 1min to Olivers Restaurant and Bar, & Starting point for 3 scenic cycle trails. We recommend a stay of 2 + nights stay to enjoy the house & its meany charms

Lake View Heights - Luxury large home -244 sq mtr

A 2020 one storey built modern spacious home (approx 240 sq m) situated on a hill boasting amazing lake and mountain views, whilst still being a short walk to the lake and Wanaka township. Sun drenched, warm family home with separate living and bedroom wings with a connected partially covered central deck which provides an attractive outside dining option. Central Modern

Modern townhouse in the perfect location. Enjoy a peaceful or fun-filled stay, sitting on the deck with the BBQ, relaxing in the hot tub or chilling in front of the fire. Just a few minutes walk to Wanaka's bars and restaurants or a short stroll across Pembroke park to the lake where you can take the kayaks over to Ruby Island or just cruise around the bay. Each room has it's own ensuite, TV and built-in wardrobe/cupboards. In the garage there is an EV charger (Type 2) and racks for skis.

Fig Tree House

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Located in Albert Town near the Clutha river, it is a 2 minute walk to the Patisserie, Four Square shop, Pub and Takeaways, with a great swimming hole a 5 minute stroll from home. The home has a sunny sheltered deck and I am often on hand for any tips and tricks, as I have moved into my back yard garden. There are two bikes and two kayaks available for use as well. We have cycle tracks in all directions to explore the surrounds.

Loads of room for the whole family in this 4 bedroom house, with wonderful indoor & outdoor entertaining areas, close to the community pool, a short walk to the lake and less than a minute to sticky forest mountain bike park and walking trails. The house has a wrap around deck with sliding doors from both the dining room, lounge and master bedroom. The back deck has an outdoor table, couches and Weber bbq. The house is fully fenced, and we are happy to take dogs by arrangement.
