Kitchen stocked with pans, dishes and utensils. Sheets and towels provided. Located in the countryside yet still just 15 minutes to Watkins Glen or Corning. The apartment combines original exposed beams with modern millwork and finishes. Heated and air-conditioned with geothermal units, it is open concept on two levels, with hickory floors, modern appliances, and a propane fireplace - an ideal starting place to enjoy the many delights of the region.

Cupcake Cottage has had a total renovation: the same light, charm, and views remain but inside there is a new kitchen, flooring, and heating system. And outside, a new deck and porch configuration, windows, siding, roof and dormers. The house is an 1838 barn with old beams and rafters, and modern finishes of hemlock, red oak, and western red cedar throughout.
