We are 5 min off I-280 / I-74 near Augustana College, John Deere, Rock Island Arsenal, etc. Cozy apartment with kitchen w/dining, large private bathroom, family room w/dining area, couch/hide-a-bed and futon, large bedroom and a 2nd bedroom/workout room. Free parking in our driveway and high speed internet.

Just 2 miles from the University of Illinois campus, 10 minutes away from downtown champaign, and a short walk away from multiple parks. Designed for entertaining with an open concept living area, 70" tv, and a saltwater pool out back. Access to many games, bags set, and bbq grill out back. Pool will be open Memorial day to Labor day.
