Welcome to this unique carriage house (90sqm). Built in 1922, it has been carefully restored and converted with high-quality materials. This romantic remise is located on Potsdam villa premises featuring old fruit and walnut trees, directly at the shore of Jungfernsee. In the summer, you can enjoy a swim in the lake before breakfast, if you wish. Only a stone’s throw away from the world-famous Glienicke Bridge. For decades during the Cold War, the bridge was the place where spies were exchanged.

Umgeben von Wald und Wiesen liegt das Haus mit herrlichem Panorama von der Sonnenterrasse. Zum Haus gehören 1.200 qm naturnaher Garten/Wald. Mit offenen Augen und Ohren kann man viele Waldbewohner erleben. Morgens Eichhörnchen, der Milan zur Mittagsstunde, Rehe am Abend oder der Kauz in der Nacht. Zur Naturbeobachtung dienen Eichhörnchenfutterstelle, Fernglas und Wildtierkamera.

Hier erwartet Dich ein Mini- Apartment (18qm) mit allem was man für einen Aufenthalt von ein paar Tagen braucht. Bett, Küche und Dusche sind offen gestaltet und sorgen dafür, daß man sich nicht eingeengt fühlt, trotz der wenigen Quadratmeter. Das WC hat eine eigene Türe. Gelegen im 4. Stock eines sanierten Altbaus in der beliebten Winsstraße, eigener Eingang und Aussicht nach hinten ins Grüne (kein Aufzug). Auch wir wohnen in dem Haus und helfen gerne bei Fragen oder mit Tipps.

Located on the canal with direct view to the water. The bedroom/workspace are located at the back and are very quiet. Kreuzberg is one of the city's most lively areas. A street market takes place directly in front of the apartment on Tuesdays and Fridays with fresh fruit and vegetables as well as ready made food while on Saturdays you can buy all sorts of handicraft. Kottbusser Tor station (5 minute walk) connects north, south, east and west without the need to change.

Berlin Wannsee Sommerhaus

Es ist nicht groß, aber hat allen Komfort ohne fancy zu sein. Das Häuschen ist charmant und alt, kein designer-tinyhouse. Berlins Zentrum und Potsdam sind schnell erreicht. Eigener Zugang, Balkon mit Wasserblick, Terrasse und Garten rum herum. Wohnzimmer mit Küche, Badewanne, Schlafzimmer und extra Schlafplatz gegen Aufpreis auf der Bettcouch. Wir wohnen nebenan, also nie ein Zugang- oder Schlüsselproblem. Wir sind am Mauerweg. Auch Haustiere sind willkommen.

Bis zum Marktplatz sind es nur wenige Meter. Nach deinem Ausflug kannst du dich ausgiebig entspannen. Das großzügige und hochwertige Apartment ist ruhig gelegen. Lade deinen Akku wieder auf und nutze die eigene Sauna oder schaue deine Lieblingsserie auf Netflix.
