Indoor/outdoor living made for the family - BBQ, pizza oven, kayaks, library, table tennis, pool table, games. The perfect chill zone.

'The Boathouse' Waterfront Studio, Swansea Heads.

2 PEOPLE MAXIMUM NO CHILDREN NO PETS NO COOKING INSIDE The Guesthouse is located on Salts Bay at Swansea Heads. Although it is on our property, it is completely separate to our house, with a private, waterfront entrance. Access is through our front gate, down a sloping path and a flight of stairs. Unfortunately is not suitable for anyone with mobility issues. Street parking is available. Free use of kayaks. You can swim directly in front of the studio, or from the sandy beach 100m away.

This place has been in our family for many years and we have enjoyed this as a weekender and for holidays to escape Sydney. It is by Tuggerah Lake and has just been newly renovated. It makes for a peaceful getaway. The beaches are a 10-minute drive away and a 15-minute drive to The Entrance. Backyard access to the reserve and lake. Relax as the sea breeze and sound of the surf are all at your doorstep. We have just added a 55 inch Smart TV and now have WiFi . (Log in details given when booked). Please note the our place is cleaned by a certified cleaner where the upmost care is taken to ensure you feel confident that hygienic procedures have been followed.
