Your two bedrooms & bath (but NO Kitchen & no additional living room) are within my house but accessible through a separate entrance. This peaceful! central 'hood on Shoal Creek is close to restaurants, shops, UT & inviting walking trails. There's a fridge (3.1 cu ft), microwave, and coffee maker; plenty of nearby eateries exist for a variety of sustenance & budgets. The Casita works well for one couple with one (or two small) children or 2 or 3 adults who need two bedrooms.

The Johnson Creek Cabin is a guest house that sits at the back of same property as my home in the heart of central Austin. The main house is called “Upson House” and is also available for rent through Airbnb.
