Our rustic house is a typical “casa colonica” situated in Corcapolo, nestled in Centovalli a valley in the district of Locarno in the canton of Ticino in Switzerland. Corcapolo is a tiny hamlet with a small church and winding footpaths. Nearby are the famous village of Intragna as well as numerous other historic places to visit including Ponte Romano from the 16th century and the cool waters of river Melezza. Within an easy drive are Locarno, Ascona, Lago Maggiore, and even Piedmont, Italy.

Casa Valeggia si trova in una tranquilla zona residenziale. La casa ha molte finestre e sole in una posizione incantevole sopra il villaggio di Maggia con vista sulla cascata della Valle del Salto, immerso in un giardino tropicale, completamente recintato e con una piccola piscina. Presso la casa c'è la possibilità di nuotare nel fiume o alla cascata. Consigliato a chi cerca tranquillità, agli escursionisti e a chi cerca privacy e contatto con la natura. Respira l'aria fresca della valle.

Ein mini-kleines Studio, dass auf kleinstem Raum alles hat um glücklich zu sein. Wer unabhängig seine Tessin Ferien günstig verbringen will ist hier richtig. Ein idealer Ausgangspunkt um das Tessin zu entdecken. Der Lago Maggiore zu Füssen, die Täler und die Zentren ( Locarno, Bellinzona und Lugano) auch mit ÖV gut erreichbar. Sowie auch die Märkte in Italien mit Auto oder ÖV gut erreichbar sind. Im Winter und während der kühlen Jahreszeit, empfehle ich das Studio nur für eine Person!

The house is accessible on foot from the main road up 80 steps and is set back from the road to allow a large degree of privacy and tranquility. Note that you can rent it together with the apartment on the top floor, for a total of 6 beds.

Il rustico dispone di una terrazza con vista sulla valle e sulle montagne. Il rustico è raggiungibile a piedi in circa 5 minuti dalla strada. Lionza é raggiungibile in auto in 25 min da Ascona. É un paesino situato a 800m di quota che offre una veduta su tutte le Centovalli, potendo ammirare i suoi paesini idilliaci e le montagne imponenti.

Casa Cincilla über dem Lago Maggiore

Meine Ferienwohnung gehört zu Ronco und hat eine grandiose Aussicht über den Lago Maggiore. Entfernung bis zum Dorf Ronco: 10 Min zu Fuss. Die Bushaltestelle "Cimitero" (Friedhof) ist 50 m vom Eingang entfernt. Ronco (353 m ü.M.) hat 700 Einwohner und 4 Restaurants. Entfernung nach Ascona: 15 Min mit dem Auto. Die Ferienwohnung wurde 2016 fertig gestellt. Sie ist klein (28 qm) aber fein (durchweg neue hochwertige Ausstattung). Die Wohnung ist eine Nichtraucherwohnung.

Your airbnb Studio is on the groundfloor with its own entrance, adjoining bathroom, and outside a small garden terrace with relaxing view over mountains and valley. We are easily reached by car and the trainstation is about 7 minutes walking distance.

Unser Rustico ist liebevoll restauriert. Die alte Substanz ist mit moderner Architektur und Haustechnik verbunden. Unser geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Haus hat zwei Etagen und ist nach Süden ausgerichtet. Somit haben alle drei Zimmer volles Sonnenlicht. Der Garten hat neben Feigen- und Olivenbäumen einen grosse Sitzplatz und eine mit Reben bewachsene Pergola spendet im Sommer den notwendigen Schatten.

Charmantes, großzügiges Studio mit Stil in romantischem Tessinerhaus in Brissago-Rossorino, 3km vor der italienischen Grenze. Unschlagbare Aussicht, südländisches Ambiente und absolute Ruhe!
