Welcome to our tranquil farmhouse in the middle of New Hampshire's Lakes Region. A picturesque view is waiting for you in this home. Fall foliage, close to ski resorts, Squam Lake and Winnipesaukee Lake are minutes away. Enjoy the rope swing or play tennis in the back yard. This spacious 3300 sq ft home has 5 bedrooms, 2 baths and is ideal to entertain, relax and recharge, or for working from home with high speed wifi. Walk to the Procter Preserve Trails or explore what the area has to offer.

Enjoy 25 Acres of wooded land. Only 2 miles to town. Age 21 or older to book. We do not take children under 12 No parties NoPets No smoking.

The cottage sleeps two but can accommodate an additional two on a comfortable sleeper couch. We even have room to park your boat and trailer! The stone building, a 1920s gatekeeper’s cottage, is part of a Gilded Age estate, and is lovingly restored to meet your needs in comfort, including a full kitchen, bath and geothermal central heat and a/c.

Beautiful space to relax inside the cabin or outside in the hot tub or by the fire pit after a day of exploring the mountains. Enjoy your stay with everything you need for a getaway in NH. Cabin is fully equipped to cook inside and out. Just so people are aware we are fairly new to hosting and our cabin was ready for guests in the middle of winter. Currently working on a fence for privacy.
