Wendy’s parents live next door and her sister manages guest care. They were extraordinarily helpful and kind. The house and location are lovely. A quiet, gated community with lots of trees and birds. The rooms and kitchen are spacious and pretty, and I slept really well. Great place to recover from dental surgery!

Nice studio apartment in a fantastic location. Just Steps to 5th avenue shops, restaurants and nightlife and a couple of blocks to the beach. Despite being close to the action, the unit was quiet which was a pleasant surprise. The unit was clean and well appointed. I had a bit of trouble with check-in but hosts responded immediately and quickly resolved the issue. The rooftop pool was well maintained and offered a gorgeous view - the perfect place to start or end your day. My only complaint is that the unit I was in did not have a nice balcony. I would definitely stay in this building again but would chose one of the other units hosted by Sebastian to try get a nicer balcony. Overall, I highly recommend!

This place was so cute and quaint the directions were precise and it was easy to get in .The host was wonderful and kind and even extended a little bit of a late day if we needed... Can't wait to be back to this place!! Was so great.. Perfect for couples and small families...

Perfect location close to town for an easy walk to restaurants and the center but far enough out to not be crowded. The space is large and comfortable with a great kitchen, well equipped for cooking and meal prep. Clean and comfortable furniture and beds. The place doesn’t have a brand new feeling, but is beyond lovely and comfortable. The pool and beach were amazing. Cathy, the property manager on sight was very helpful, responsive and kind. Access to the washing machine and easy, safe parking was a bonus. Pro tip- go to the roof for some amazing views!

This Airbnb was very close to Crocucun as well as the riviera maya resorts. We were also able to walk about ten minutes to a lovely Chinese restaurant (Wokfast). Communication was prompt and clear, the location is gated and so sometimes you need to let the front security know if you are being picked up in an Uber. I really loved how free of clutter this Airbnb is. We also went to the pool a couple of times during our stay, there is a deeper side and a more shallow side - we enjoyed both! We also asked for, and we were able to leave our bags there for a couple of hours after checkout, we really appreciated this to bridge the time between checking into our next location. Thank you!

El alojamiento cuenta con bastante seguridad y el lugar es muy seguro... Todo muy lindo y limpio nos gustó mucho a todos y lo pasamos genial, sin duda regresaríamos

Loved this house! Very accessible and close to a lot of shops and stores, it is in a gated community which is a huge plus!

Este lugar lo tiene todo, la zona es tranquila , no hay nada de ruido ideal para ir con la familia, el departamento impecable, los colchones súper cómodos como la ropa de cama, cada cuarto tiene su aire acondicionado, espacio amplio, nos gustaron muchos las amenidades la alberca y jacuzzi fue lo máximo , el estacionamiento es privado en el mismo edificio y muy seguro, a unos pasos de la 5ta avenida, aparte había muchos supercitos y restaurantes cerca de ahí. Nos sentimos como en casa y nos vamos muy contentos ,muchas gracias por todo!
