Beautiful, quaint 16th century cottage, lovingly restored as a dedicated holiday cottage. Located in the heart of an old farm guests can enjoy peace and quiet, beautiful views and owners on site. The cottage has benefited from a complete refurb in 2020 and an enclosed private garden. We sit directly on the river bank and walkway to Haddington and East Linton and a bus link directly into Edinburgh in 45 mins. We are around 15mins drive to the coast and North Berwick.

The cosy accommodation features off street parking, three spacious shower rooms, small patio area with garden furniture, living, kitchen and dining areas. Close to St Andrews, and also easy to travel to Dundee and Edinburgh.

Situated in the 'East Neuk' of Fife it is ideally positioned for exploring the local fishing villages. 15 minutes drive takes you to St Andrews Home of Golf. Although we do accept 3 night bookings, our preference is for minimum 5 night stays during peak times (e.g school holidays)
