Located in a quiet lakeside neighborhood in Cedar Springs, Michigan, you'll be close to all of the activities that West Michigan has to offer. House amenities include a spacious living space with plentiful updated fixtures and finishes, washer/dryer, wifi + cable, walk-in shower, hot tub, fire pit, grill, kayaks, and lake access to all-sports Pine Lake is just steps away from your front door.

Comfy 5br home w/ lake views & tranquil sunrises

The Telluride House is a great getaway home for the entire family. It's right across the street from Muskellunge Lake. Private dock on a deeded lot within walking distance. The house has lake views on all 3 floors and 2 decks. Soak in some sunshine and enjoy the view from the upper deck or stay cool in the shade with the lake breeze on the lower deck. Fire pit, grill, and yard games are provided along with 2 kayaks. The backyard is fenced, up to 2 dogs are welcome with an additional $100 fee.

Lakefront Cottage w/Pontoon, Dock & Paddle Boat

Nestled in a cove on the largest lake in Kent county, this renovated waterfront cottage has scenic views and 66' of private shoreline on Lake Wabasis. Swan cottage comes w/18' pontoon, 2 kayaks, paddle boat & dock (May-October, weather permitting). There is a front deck, side patio, bonfire pit & gas grill. The cottage is dog friendly, however, the yard is not fenced. But we supply a spiral ground stake w/cable. And a one-time pet fee is included in the total cost when booking.

Enjoy the fine woods of Michigan in the 6,200 acre Rogue River State Game area right across the street, completed with the North Country Trail, ORV trails, Howard Christensen Nature Center, or your hunting blind during whitetail season!

A cozy and comfortable cottage nestled on the banks of Big Whitefish lake, that is large enough to host the entire family, *yet cozy enough for an intimate getaway.   Located a short 20 minutes north of Grand Rapids, this cottage is the perfect spot for a summer retreat, or a winter staycation. It comes complete with private lake frontage, dock, and an extensive shallow sandy bottom. Big Whitefish lake is an all seasons, all sports lake that is perfect for any occasion.

Swim or fish in the sandy bottom lake. Gather around a campfire at the water's edge. Use our Kayaks with life jackets provided. Also a public boat launch nearby. Bring your own boat and tie off on our dock or rent a Pontoon boat from a rental company next door.

You’ll enjoy this gorgeous setting on the White Pine Trail, 0.5 miles to cozy downtown Rockford with its shops, restaurants and the dam waterfront. NOT APPROPRIATE FOR WEDDING STAGING.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. 2 Bedrooms, full kitchen, living room, dining room, and washer/dryer on site. Living room has fold out couch for sleeping 2 extra for a total of 6 people. There is an office area between the kitchen and the dining area that can be used if you need to get some work done while at the location. I have a ring doorbell camera monitoring the front door for safety.

This small space has everything you need including; stocked kitchen, walk-in closet, sectional sofa and big screen T.V Enjoy your own private patio and separate entrance. Close to 131 highway, Hardy Dam, Dragon Trail, restaurants and more. We live on site, but our home is completely separate from guest house.
